We can't fault EPG at all. Everything went smoothly. The driver was there when we came back, which was great as it was after midnight. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

Very happy with this service. Only tiny gripe is that we had to wait 10mins at drop off time but not really a big problem and next time I will just call them a bit earlier!

We arrived early and called the driver who was extremely courteous, he gave clear directions to where we should meet him and was there as we were unloading our bags. Exactly the same on the return journey, called them as we collected our bags and the driver was there within minutes of us arriving at the pick up point. Superb service and value for money all round, I will definately be using them again.

Waiting for us on arrival at gatwick and car delivered back to us within minutes of us phoning them. Best service we have received at Gatwick. Will definately use again

On arrival back at Gatwick, we cleared customs then called EPG. We were informed that the car would be there in ten minutes. We slowly made our way out to meeting point as very cold and didn't want to wait outside. As we were approaching our car my mobile rang, it was EPG shouting that they had been at the airport for over ten minutes waiting and now had to move on !!! My telephone shows the time I called them and the time they called me to say they had been waiting, in total that time was 10mins and 23 seconds...so since they said it would take ten minutes to get to airport it most have taken then 23 seconds to drive the 6.8 miles from where the vehicle was stored.!!!, he basically pulled up then got on the telephone to The office to say he had been waiting, Never use them again and never recommend them, if the guy on the other end of the telephone was face to face with me and shouted like that I'm sure most people would demonstrate to him customer service!!! In a very clear manner.

Chap was there when we arrived at Gatwick to take our car and our car was waiting for us when we returned.

My first choice of service provider at Garwick, we used them at Xmas and in February- both north and south terminals and both times they were spot on with their service.

so pleased with the service ,everything went to plan thank you 2nd time we used this service in the last three months we will be back for more, thank you

I would have rated everything a 5 but had to wait about 10 minutes on arrival at the airport.

After flying from Orlando at 80 degrees F and landing at 34 degrees F it was fantastic to walk out of the terminal into the very cold air and see our car and driver there waiting for us.

Only problem was communication - I had left my mobile in my car BUT EPG meet left a message, saying that they had my phone, at my home tel number rather than calling or emailing our hotel!!!

I was very pleased with the service and found your drivers very polite and helpful and of course value for money. Meet and Greet, just as it says on the tin as they say. Thank You

The service was efficient, friendly, and really good value. i rate this company and my experience was very positive.

On arrival at LGW North Terminal, our driver was there to take our car (we had left it late in phoning ahead our arrival time) - courteous and no pressure to get our stuff unloaded. We arrived back - called from baggage claim and as we walked out to the drop-off zone, our car arrived. Can't be any better than that. We will certainly use this service again - we have an 18 month old toddler and this service definitely helped towards a stress free trip - no waiting in the cold, riding on a crowded bus for what seems like eternity to the terminal etc. If this were a five star review, I would give it six!

I have used Meet and Greet in the past and EPG have been the most efficient I have used. We arrived at Gatwick and their driver was there seconds later and on our return our car arrived immediately. The drivers on both occasions were courteous and helpful and I will certainly be using them again. Recommended.

from arrivals to our car took one minute and there was nothing like a warm car with snow on the ground waiting for you. Really wonderful service. Thank you.

I was very happy with the service I received as they were very punctual and no problems at all. I will definately use this service again and I thought it was great value for money.
