Seemed to have to wait a long time for a transfer from car park to T3. More than offset by the fact that the car was ready & waiting on our return to Heathrow.

after pick up from airport the driver made 3 stops in the car park but wasn't clear where we should get off the mini bus

When I arrived everyone was told that a particular bus was for terminal 3, then everyone was told that instead it was for terminal 5 and had to get off. Then there was a long wait for the bus which went to terminal 3. On return, there was a wait of 25 minutes for the bus to arrive and then set off as it was told to wait.

The service was very good throughout except that the wait for the transfer from the airport was longer than advertised. Would I use them again. Definitely!

When we arrived, there were many shuttle vans and drivers. We were the only customers. We were placed in one of the vans and sat there for a while. We finally went to the drivers, who sat and chatted, and asked if we could be transferred to T5. This then happened swiftly. They obviously had forgotten about us. Other than that, very effficient, easy and convenient service.

The transfer to and from the airport was quick, efficient and made getting to the airport very easy. We didn't wait long to be collected after we returned to the UK which was a relief. Dropped off right by the car. Would use again.

This worked for me! The service is fast. Prices where reasonable and they brought me to terminal 5 within minutes. When i arrived they also collected me very fast. Great service!

Parking the car and catching the bus to the aiport went smoothly. When we returned, we waited for a good half hour for a bus. One bus came and it only had 7 open seats. We didn't make it on that first one even though we were waiting longer than other passengers. The second bus came 15 minutes later so we were patient. Everything else went great.

On our return from our holiday we contacted purple parking to arrange pick up, we collected our luggage and went to the designated bus stop, we left South Africa's 25 degrees and arrived in Londons's -2 degrees so you could imagined we were not impressed having to wait 50 minutes before our shuttle service arrived. We phoned Purple parking on several occasions and continuously we were told that there was a lot of traffic and a shuttle would be with us in under 5 minutes. When the driver finally arrived he apologised and explained that there was not enough drivers on duty to cover all terminals. Very poor Purple parking.

Easy trip to the car park . Very effeciently and quickly served on arrival, then onward to Heathrow. Easy to understand what to do. Seemed very thourough and secure service. Pleasant staff.All repeated on return . Would definatly use them again.

For piece of mind and security it was worth the small inconvenience of parking off site. When I was early or late it wasn't a problem. I had a minor car accident and was late. This was not a problem and the staff were reassuring. The driver made extra effort to get me to my terminal on time. Efficient, friendly, and dependable service.

Road leading to parking was a bit rough but otherwise everything was fine and I would use the service again.

The driver that came to collect passengers took all the receipts off the people waiting for collection, even knowing that the vehicle to collect everyone was not big enough for all to get on. Two children got on the minibus while their parents were loading luggage into the trailer on the back of the minibus and when the parents went to get onto the minibus it was full so they had to standup in the minibus or all of the luggage would of had to come off so the children were not separated from the parents. Very slap dash attitude to customer service. The driver just let anyone get on the minibus, while some people had been waiting for around 3/4 of an hour and the had to wait for the next vehicle.
