We had a very long wait for a bus to return us from the airport. In the meantime two buses for the business/executive park arrived and left empty. We had originally been told a bus would arrive within five minutes when we phoned after collecting our luggage. After a very long flight and with a long drive ahead we felt this was very poor customer service.

Very good have recommended to a friend and a second is about to book -no hesistation in recommending.

Driver was polite, service was efficient. The driver was aware of the traffic conditions and used another route to avoid traffic jams.

However on my return, my car had travelled 3 miles, when it was actually parked about 300 feet from where I left it.

Good directions, well signed facilities, speedy to the airport, On our return, we waited 45 minutes for a minibus, having seen 3 purple parking business minibuses come and go, a little frustrating, but will use them again, cheaper than the greedy airports!!!

the queue was disorderly the driver had no idea who was first in line and we waited way too long for a bus. If i'd have parked at the airport I would have been half way home by the time the pick up arrived.

Value for money, easy to find, transfers to and from airport- on way back had to wait a while for coach pick up, but when eventually arrived, no delays sorting car out so able to get straight home. Would definitely use again

I have used purple parking several times and will continue to do so in the future. The service provided is punctual, courteous and it feels safe. It is also good value for money.

We parked our car here for 3 weeks and it cost us £85. I think is good value considering the length of time. The only thing I would say is our flight from Heathrow was late afternoon on a Friday. The traffic route from the Purple Parking depot to the airport was quite busy. In future I may leave abit earlier to avoid this.

It was easy to book, easy to find, and I was taken to and picked up from the airport promptly and as promised. A very good service that I will use again.

Getting to and from the airport was very hassle free. I would recommend this service and I will use it again.

We arrived shortly after 5.30am and were pleased to find the site well manned with the transfer to our terminal taking a little over 30 minutes from arrival. On our return a minibus was soon available to ferry us back to collect our car. All together a good experience, which for the money offers great value.

I booked this parking because it was cheapest but it was also very good. the transfer came quickly to go to the car park. Also my partner had a lighter that he had to remove from his luggage and a driver took it back to the office for us to collect on our return which we really appreciated.

Good value and reasonable service but not particularly punctual on pick-up late at night and then dark roads leading out of the car park so lighting could be improved.

Easy to find with good directions provided. Only a short transfer to the terminals. Everything worked like clockwork for us, both going out and coming back - no hanging about. Good value for money. Would definitely use again.

All was good, except the pick-up on return. About 50 people came in on one flight, at 6:40am on a Monday. All were anxious to get on the road before the rush hour. No buses were waiting for us. Then one 15 seater turned up. 10 minutes later, another came - but would only take business class passengers. 10 Mins later, a third one turned up (which I was lucky enough to get on). We'd all flown through the night, and really didn't need the stress of fighting to get a seat on the bus. The company knew exactly how many were coming in at that time. They should have had 3 buses waiting, and a fourth on the way.

Directions very good, only waited 10mins before being driven to Terminal 3. On return the driver was waiting for us and was very helpful. Excellent value - I'll book with this company again.

We had to wait too long to be picked up from our return flight. A Business Class coach arrived and the driver was not helpful just said we couldn't get on and he didn't know when the next ordinary coach would arrive. It was cold and wet and it didn't end the holiday well as it made us 40 minutes later than we hoped.

overall i am very pleased with the service quality and standards. I will definately used purple parking again
