On the way out the bus was there waiting for me so no delays and the driver was friendly and helpful with my luggage. On the return there was a wait of about 20 mins but again the driver was friendly. I would use Reeds again.

Cannot fault service received, particularly as we arrived at Heathrow at 5.00 am instead of 6.00 am. We shall certainly use Reeds again. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Did exactly what they promised from start of trip to my return. Very understanding and courteous staff. Was assisted with my luggage. What more can I say - superb service and cheaper than the competition as well!!! Only snag was that I sat in the minibus for 15 mins waiting for a couple of passengers to turn up on the return trip. This was not the fault of Reeds of course.

My flight arrived very early but the driver who came to Terminal 5 was fine about it. He helped me with my heavy bag. Reeds undercuts the others on price but I doubt they offer a better service for the extra money.

When you have a good experience you find little to write about. It was a flawless experience.

I have used other parking services before but Reeds is the best I've found and I have no hesitation in recommending them. It was easy to find (look for Reeds garage), even in the dark, and I was on my way to the airport (T4) within 5 minutes of arriving, my luggage (heavy) having been transferred for me to the minibus. Collection was as expected and, again, I didn't have to touch my luggage at the airport pick-up station or on transfer to my car. Staff both ways could not have been more efficient, friendly, and helpful.

I found the car park easily enough .. about 5 mins from the M4. We were dropped straight away to T4 and picked up again when we arrived a week later. Only note is i lost the Reeds Car Park details they gave me (the phone no is not on the booking form) so keep this as the out of hours no is not on the website!

As our arrival was out of normal working hours, we had to ring to let them know we were waiting. However minibus returned in five minutes and transfer was quickly completed. Return was equally efficient. Good value for money.

Where else would you leave your mobile in your car and then call the number provided in the hope they could get the phone from the car? Not only did they do this but even delivererd it personally to Terminal 5 in less than 30 minutes!! They are number 1 in my book.

After collecting my car, I noted spots on the hood. At fisrt I thought it were excriments of birds and removed it with a designated product. When this effort failed I thought it concerned fluids from a tree under which the car might have been parked. After using a special product to remove stains for this purpose, the spots were still present. I can only conclude that a chemical product may have been accidentially spoiled on the hood. I am now obliged to polish the car at some expensis. It is a pitty because the service and transfer were truly impeccable whilst the value for money unbeatable.

The directions to the car park were inaccurate, unfortunately I drove around the area for 45 minutes in an effort to find the carpark. Fortunately I passed a Reeds courtesy bus and followed them to the car park. The directions on the internet should be altered.

No problems with check in or being collected from terminal 5. If travelling from Heathrow in the futeure, I will definetly use again. Very polite and courteous people.

I was not sure if I should go for them or Purple parking, but I am glad I chose them. When I first drove to their car park it looked like a petrol station and I still was not sure at that point if my decision was right!! The guy who drove me to the airport was really friendly and helpful, and he even showed me the way to get to the departure floor at the airport. For transfers, I did not wait for 20 mins to be dropped off/picked up like the other companies I used before - in fact I did not wait any. I am quite impressed by their service.

I broke my driver's door window on the way to Heathrow. Reed's sorted out the repair at a very reasonable cost which was something I did not have to worry about whilst on holiday. Their parking/transfer service was efficient and all anyone would need.

Had no problems (using satnav) in finding the parking. We had booked it for 4.30am but the minibus and driver were there waiting for us when we arrived at 4.05am.

we do a fair amount of travelling and for a holiday booking it was very good and i would use them again , if you were travelling on business and time was more important you would need to park a little closer on the airport carparks

My partner and I could not have been happier with the service, they were the cheapest too! Also we were picked up on time from the airport. We will defiently be using Reeds service park in the future.

Just add 20 minutes to your journey time and save a fotune compared to on airport parking. Will definately use again and will definately reccomend.

Easy to find with directions provided.Close to M25 junction. Fast pick up and set down at Heathrow A/Port Collection from Heathrow straight forward and to time.
