used Reeds for first time quite difficult to find ....instructions not clear but stopped at a shop in early hours and they put us right. After that early hiccup everything was first rate easy and quick handover and transfer ...friendly staff ...good instructions about return procedure ...very quick pick up on arrival .....will not be using ANY other service in the future...REEDS IS SUPERB !!!!!!!!!

A few miles from the airport but the transfer only took about 10 minutes, not flash or fancy but safe and really good value for money. bus arrived to pick me up within about 5 mins of me calling. i'll use them again and recommend them.

Reeds Service park was a good choice for car parking. It is less than 10 minutes from terminal 5 and the transfers are very convenient. Only issue is getting there. Try to look up the postcode location before going as I followed the instructions on their site and got quite lost.

The facility is secure and is very accessable to all Heathrow Terminals and we were dealt with in a courteous and efficient way throughout. We would have no difficulty in recommending the facility to other potential users.

I found the directions a little confusing when approaching from the North and as it was Sunday morning I was a little concerned when everything looked shut up at the garage, it was a little time before I saw the sign advising me to ring the driver on his mobile. I would suggest a note in your arrivals literature would be of benefit to future customers. Overall, more than satisfactory and I for one would not hesitate to use your services when flying from Heathrow.

Reeds is relatively easy to find from the M25, and the service was excellent. Low-stress way of getting to Heathrow.

This is a 'no-frills' ex Service Station ..but it does the job. Try not to show up very earmly in the morning as there might not be anyone on duty ..but there is a friendly telephone number to call and folk show up soon afterwards!

It wasn't obvious, early on a Sunday morning, just where on the site you went in, but the staff were helpful and friendly, and we were at Heathrow very quickly. No problems on return. Good value for parking near an airport at the city of silly prices, London.

Turn up. It's a garage. Petrol: check. Man with oily hands servicing car on ramp: check. Door shut to office and no one else around: check. Half expected the mechanic to start sucking through his teeth, "Park your car? Gonna cost ya." Turns out, yes, it /is/ a car park. It's just hidden behind so you drive past thinking you've found the service station, but where's the car park. Other than that: superb service.

The car park needs improved signage as it just looks like a petrol station forecourt. A friendly welcome accompanied with timely trips to and from terminal 5. would definitely recommend and will re-use them.

We had to change our vehicle to a small Motorhome and the previous place we had booked were not helpful. We then booked with Reeds, I cannot praise them enough, polite helpful excellent value for money. Prompt minibus service. We had to bring 2 extra passenger back with us, and nothing was too much of a problem for the guys at Reeds. Our vehicle was ready on the forecourt when we arrived. I would not hesitate in reccomending them to others.

Smart, professional, nothing too much trouble, easy to find instructions - a first class operation. We would certainly recommend and definitely use again - second to none.

This parking is further away from the airport than others I've used but the staff were polite and helpfull, the transfer bus was clean and I felt that my car was safe and looked after. Would use again.

We booked our airport parking a little late with only 4 weeks to departure date. When we found Reeds offering parking for £50 for 8 days (5th - 12th April 2009) and seemed to attract good reviews from previous users, we went for it in spite of the 8 miles distance (15-20 minutes transfer time)from Term.2 at Heathrow where we boarded our flight. Our car was stored in an open parking area with other private cars and inductrial vehicles, which was enclosed within a brick wall. We were met by a single member of staff on arrival who promptly registered us and took us to the airport with minimal fuss. On our return, the same gentleman was waiting for us outside Terminal 2 and swiftly took us back to our car. My wife and our 2 children were pleased with the standard of service that was helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time. This was probably helped by the fact that we were the only group of Reeds clients around to be served on departure and arrival, which had fallen on a Sunday afternoon on both occasions.
