we travelled at 5am on a Sunday and on Easter Sunday, and the staff were immediately available and very friendly even though we returned early. Will use again.

They were expec6ting us and took us to the terminal immediately and we dod noyt wait long on the return.

The service we received was very good on both departure and return. The transfers were immediately carried out and were quick - 10 mins to/from Terminal 5. The minibus was clean and comfortable and the driver pleasant and helpful. The car was stored safely in a locked compound. The facilty was extremely good value for the cost so we will definitely use Reeds again when we next travel overseas and need airport parking near Heathrow.

I've used many other larger car parking firms where you are just treated as another punter and not treated that well. Reeds Service Park was different and pleasantly so, the transfer was very quick and the staff very friendly. I'm more than happy to recommend these people and will use them again should the opportunity arise. Well done Reeds! :-)

Although I had to wait for some time for the coach to return from the Airport to pick me up, there was a seat to sit on and magazines to read. The staff was friendly and I felt safer after dark than in some of the larger car parks I have used previously.

As above, the service was efficient and friendly. Instructions to find the site were accurate and easy to follow. The experience was hassle free.

Quick transfer to the airport, staff knowledgeable and friendly, the sytem was smaller and more user friendly than the larger car park companies

Service was excellent, comfortable and friendly, however, I should have checked my vehicle before I departed, even though they were not parked that close, some idiot had walked alongside the car with suitcase and scratched all the way from front to back, nice wavy line not deep, but enough to cost for repair, YES car was washed and checked before parking by me (work in that industry). Should have complained but once you've left and travelled 250 miles home and noticed it what chance have you got getting it repaired. Can't blame car park, but then were parked in an awkward corner!

lots of room to park and the transfer vehicles are plenty big enough to take a family in one go.The staff are polite and courteous at all times I highly recommend Reeds

We found Reeds to be of excellent value. The service was second to none both on arrival and the pick up on returning to Heathrow. We would definitely use them again.

Minimal waiting times, transfer quick, very friendly and helpful staff, easy procedures! Would use again!
