Airlines Executive Lounge reviews

Always good to have somewhere comfortable and quiet to sit during those long, boring waits at airports. There was a good selection of drinks and the snacks were all that would be required if, like me, you were taking an overnight flight. The washrooms were clean and the staff were polite.

Never enough papers to read but a good and relaxing way to start and end our holiday

After reading some poor reviews of this lounge we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of furnishings spaciousness variety of snacks and drinks available. The lounge was by no means full but it was quite busy in the couple of hours or so that we spent their prior to catching our flight to London. The WiFi signal was good and quick so able to catch up on emails etc. quite easily. Ambient temperature just right announcements over PA system on flights. 2 minutes to gate 11/12/13 where main international flights to UK go from.

Lounge was very pleaseant for the 2 Hrs before our flight , staff attentive , wide range of refreshments . Overall an excellent experience

Very pleasant lounge , I am sure when the re- decoration is complete will be better , food and drinks good and plenty of it , would like to see the sandwiches in the fridge ( tuna etc at room temp ). A great way to relax away from the busy departure lounge at this airport

Excellent place to relax before your flight. Could do with a few more things for children to do, like a soft play area. Lots to drink and eat. Hot soup and cold food (sandwiches/fruit salad/crisps/biscuits). Well worth the money.

Having almost 5 hours to wait at Bridgetown between LIAT flight from St Vincent and BA flight to Gatwick, it was a great relief to be able to book in to the Executive lounger and relax in comfort whilst we awaited our flight. Will certainly do same again, if we have a future similar wait in transit.

need to have a place to put dirty plates or have enough staff to clear as it is not very nice relaxing with that all around you

It is the first time that I have used the executive lounge at Barbados and I will definitely do so again - it was much better than being in the main departure lounge. However, there was a limited amount of comfortable seating and the rest of the seats were cafe style. The lounge did get very busy and at one point there were passengers having to sit on the ledge around the fountain. Food and drink were plentiful and kept being restocked (just a shame that some people felt the need to keep going back time and time again regardless of the fact that they must have already had plenty). Obviously they felt the need to get the most for their money!

Appeared to be over subscribed with most seats in loung area taken. Did ease off as flights called but cleanliness was an issue, tables not clean tidied quickly.

Better than the main concourse however it was very busy and difficult to get a seat. Snacks were ok but were in short supply

Barbados Airpoet was exceptionally busy the day I passed through. I appreciated being able to relax in comfort while I waited for my flight. Picked up emails and enjoyed a light snack and a good selection of liquid refreshments.

easy to find, always kept informed of flt details, good choice of drinks, wish there was more choice of snacks, staff kept everywhere clean

The only thing lacking was a departure information board as the annoncements could not be heard properly,apart from that clean relaxing lounge with wi-fi and a well stocked bar and food counter.

Very busy so seats not plentiful - choice of snacks limited unless you hovered waiting for staff to bring new supplies out - which many did ! Toilet facilities clean. Good choice of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic but had to ask for White wine when bottle was empty. Suggest they put prices up and improve choice and supply of snacks.

Overall a good experience, The only suggestion I would make is to make the lounge cooler, it can be a little too warm. There was a good selection of drinks and snacks were there if required. I am also very pleased to report that the toilets were spotless, well done.

The lounge was busy when we arrived but we soon got a comfortable seat. There is a very good variety of drinks. The food is replenished regularly but there is limited choice. The wi fi and air con were good but could do with a departure screen as some announcements were difficult to understand. Would use lounge again.

Gaining access to the lounge was easy and painfree. The lounge offered a quiet and relaxing time prior to the flight. The food and drinks were adequate.

Barbados Intl Airport was very,very busy when we arrived at 4.30pm Saturday, 21 Jan 2012.The lounge was also busy but as you would expect quieter and there were comfy seats avialable. Refreshments were available but of limited variety and quantity. No leader board and the voice information service was sometimes hard to hear.All in all I am glad we booked the lounge and will again on our next visit
