We arrived at the lounge approximately two and a half hours before our flight and there was only a handful of people in the lounge. About an hour later people were coming into the lounge and unable to find seats. Therefore we would advise people to arrive in the lounge early especially if you want a comfy chair and not one of the dining table and chairs.

Seats not very comfy and no reading matter but otherwise good. Better than sitting in general area as this can get very busy. Good choice of food and drinks.... good value for money.

Depending on the whims of the manager, this is normally a high quality lounge.

The lounge was Airside which was good as it allowed you to go out and look round the duty free shops and then return. It does get busy when lots of planes are leaving close together but no shortage of seats and food and drinks were readily available and swiftly restocked. It was very clean, service was good. All in all value for money.

Not as upmarket as many of the European lounges I have used, but far better than being cooped up in the main airport. Snacks were reasonable as were the coice of drinks - I will certinly use the lounge again the next time I am there.

Refused prompt entry to lounge and had to wait in the lobby for at least 20mins while 'chitty' was approved as the receptionist hadn't seen a similar entry note and it took a couple of phone calls and a supervisor to check our enrty ticket was valid. We finally got into the lounge with only about 15mins to bording. All in all discapointed and not considered value for money!
