My wife and I have used the Airlines Executive Lounge on numerous occasions. We have always enjoyed ending our holiday in Barbados by relaxing in the lounge, away from the hustle & bustle of the main departure lounge. Unfortunately, I felt I had no option but to give a slightly lower rating for cleanliness & customer service on this occasion, due to incidents where a fellow 'guest' twice spilt coffee on the floor. In my opinion, the person in question was not suitably dressed for the lounge, wearing a sleeveless top, and did not report the spillage on either occasion. As a health & safety manager, I took it upon myself to report the incidents to a member of staff, hoping it would be cleaned up and prevent anyone from slipping on it. When nothing was done, I reported it a second time, but still nobody attended to the spillage. Please note that we were still happy with our stay in the lounge, but just a little concerned that the spillage was not cleaned up, which could have resulted in one of your guests slipping and hurting themselves.

This executive lounge is by far the best lounge we have used and I have visited many lounges around the world and I can still remember the old lounge in Barbados and this lounge could compete with any of them and in my view is number 1 and I will be using it again on my next visit and other lounges could take a look at this model and learn from it thanks to all at Barbados Lounge

A large group of young men who I think were off a cruise ship, possibly crew or dancers / singers were drunk and continued drinking in the lounge,swearing etc. Eventually spoken to by a member of management

The Airlines Executive Lounge is a great place to "chill out" before a flight, especially long haul. The staff are attentive and professional in their duties. All in all, a great experience which I recommend to everyone.

Could do with splitting family area from quiet zone. More lounge chairs would be good too. Food and beverages were great and good choice, but there were empty serving plates too frequently. Would use the facilities again. Restrooms could do with a refresh.

A convenient area, well-priced offering a oasis of comfort before a long-haul flight. Well worth the money!

Good to be away from very busy airport. Computer for use and could print out any item required at no extra cost. Food and drink okay but was very busy with not enough comfy chairs.

The staff at reception were both helpful and welcoming - a good impression at the start. The lounge itself was clean and tidy when we arrived and staff tidied and cleaned it regularly during our stay. The lounge was certainly more comfortable than the outside waiting area but falls far short of other lounges around the world that we have used. This shortcoming would be very easy to fix - more easy chairs and a flight monitor would certainly be welcome. Food was very basic and several people went out to the shopping area to buy food stuff and bring it back to the lounge to eat. With such wonderful caribbean food on Barbados, surely some local fare would be in order. Drinks, on the other hand were freely available with a good choice. Customer service staff were helpful. It would be a really good idea to have a departure monitor in the lounge. I, like others, used my computer to access the airport information page to try and get flight details - a cumbersome solution really. It represented average value for money but good very easily become so much better for little investment. I will continue to use it for the time being because it is certainly better than the general waiting area but I am close to the deciding line.

I would highly recommend using Airline Executive Lounge. Very clean and spacious with comfortable seating.
