Gate opened automatically, parking space easily found, regular transfer bus service.

Automatic number plate recognition give very quick entry. Transfer bus picked us up within 30 seconds of locking the car. Good value for money and easy to book over the internet. would definately use again.

Seamless, efficient & reliable from booking to parking, arriving back to my car it was a great service and I have already rebooked for my next trip.

Parking area secure and found space easily. Bus transfers regular and quick. Bus driver friendly and helpful. Didn't speak to any other staff - didn't need to! System picked up our booking from our reg no - all very efficient and good value. Will definitely use this again.

It was great to use this car park, the only thing that was a bit tricky was the signage, as it took as a while to find it, after going round too many roundabouts!

I had no problems with the car parking but I felt the drop off point was too far from the terminal. If you are disabled in any way this is not for you. It is quite a trek across the car park and a hard slog pushing a trolley.if it happens to be raining you will get wet . I felt it was not ideal.

We were very impressed by this car park. The directions were easy to follow and the bus service to airport very efficient. On our return to Edinburgh airport we were delighted to find the bus waiting to take us to car park. We will most definitely use this car park again.

Travelled from Edinburgh to Prague between 19 and 23 January. Directions given by Secure Airpark were very clear so we found site easily. When we arrived at gate the computer panel recognised our registration and welcomed us by name and gave us immediate access to car park......very impressive and instills confidence on security. It was early morning and dark but the car park was very well lit. Staff were welcoming, friendly and very informative and helpful. Transfer to and from airport was smooth and timetable of a coach every 5 mins was impressive and delivered both on our outward and return journeys. We have never used this company before but will do so every time we travel in future.

Access was easy, the number plate recognition worked as promised. A bus arrived immediately and then it was waiting to collect upon return to the car at the airport. Everything was excellent from start to finish and value for money. I would recommend.

Transfer is very quick and only a couple of miutes from the main terminal. Access to and from the car park area was also very easy and hassle free. Will definitely use again as I have done so many times in the past.

Would highly recommend. Hassle-free and convenient only linutes away from the terminal. I even received complimentary ice scraper and aerosol de-icer last time i parked there!

The automatic number plate recognition worked well for both our entry and exit from the parking area - technology works! We liked that nobody else was driving/parking the car while we were away - you get to keep the keys for your car. Transfers to the airport quick and efficient (even at 4:30am). The 'new' location for the transfer bus pickup is not convenient (this also applies to all the other car parking services) it is now located on the other side of the airport carpark but this is dictated by the airport. The direction signage when leaving the parking could be improved. In summary, the electronic access made entry and exit from Secure Airpark easy, liked the vehicle security of keeping the keys and the transfers were quick and efficient even in the middle of the night.

Will use this car park from now on. Number plate recognition made it seemless. Bus wait time there and back was barely minutes.

As stated above secure Airparks was always my first choice due to ease of use and cost but my last experience was not good. They came up as time most expensive during my last booking and the drop off point is now refocusly far from the terminal building. I will be looking for alternatives in future

We used secure air parks in Edinburgh from the 11th till the 21st of October, entry to the car park was straight forward with the number plate recognition system, no long wait for the bus both going and coming from the airport, will definitely use again.

This car park is so easy to access,drive in your Car No comes up,barrier opens,park car,bus waiting to pick you up,Driven to the Airport,Staff very helpful and polite,could not do more for you,On return,bus waiting for you,Drivers always willing to help with luggage,Driven back to your car in minutes,again drivers very polite,Would always use secure car park now,As you have no worries.Top marks given.Thanks again.

I would suggest that the top end of the carpark gets proper fencing, it was mostly temporary and a little bit rough at that end. Buses need to be more frequent

Great service from a facility very near the airport. No hassles with the transport to and from airport. I have used this facility several times and would certainly use this facility again and have no difficulty recommending it to others. All Edinburgh airport parking is expensive and this facility is on a par with others, cheaper if you can book in advance.
