It does improve the holiday experience when you know your car is safe and secure. It was also the easiest parking we have ever experienced, with the barrier simply opening and closing on entering and exiting. Plus, at 4.30am you don't really want any conversations with staff, you just want to park and go!

Extremely easy to find, Transfer bus was always within 5 mins of waiting. Would definately use again.

Had a little difficulty finding the car park due to lack of obvious(local authority)street names. Entry and transfer were remarkably straightforward. No need to be anxious. A very good experience.

The car park is easy to find and once parked, a bus comes to where you are parked to collect you. Airport is next door so very quick transfers. Same on the return journey. We would use this service again.

Automatic plate recognition meant it was one button push to get in and parked. Then shuttle was quick and easy, only a couple mins to get there. Same for return. Very impressed.

A good, clearly set out booking system, with helpful instructions re arrival. Inaccurate information given regarding return stand, stated as 10 but in fact 3. we could have done without the bus driver bringing his cigarette smoke into the bus, unacceptable.

Sorry I will not be able to comment on your service as unfortunately I did not use it. We had to cancel our holiday as my mother died that weekend and wre not able to go. I don't know if there is any form of recompense for this?

This is the first time I've used Secure Airparks and would definately use their services again. Everything worked first time. Found a parking space easily and a bus was coming round as we got to the stop. On the return journey, again a bus was pulling up as we arrived at the terminal. The exit procedure worked first time so, yes, a very efficient service. Thank you

Hadn't heard of Secure Airparks before, but found it very efficient and convenient.

This was a dawdle! Booked on line. Paid on line. Car instantly recognised at gate on arrival - the only laborious effort was leaning out my car window to collect the ticket! Transport quick to and fro. Gate raised automatically on departure (I didn't need to lean out window to insert my card. Would I use this company again? Too true. Would I recommend this company? Too true

Check in by registration plate recognition makes entry easy. You can retain the car keys. The bus transfer is quick and efficient. I would recommend Secure Airparks for straightforward parking during your trip away.

No issues at all. Really near airport. Number plate recognition so no paperwork needed when arrived at car park. Park car and go to one of seven bus stops. Bus came within 5 mins at airport in another 5. Return journey go to bus stance 3 bus came in 3 mins back to car park within 5 mins.

Car Park easy to find and simple to access and leave. Pick ups and transfers prompt.

Took a little bit to understand the system but once I understood it was a self park and wait for the bus, it went well. Return bus was waiting at the stand so gained a swift exit.

I would have no difficulty in recommending the Secure Airpacks to anyone.

The online process was easy to complete, the automatic number recognition meant there was no hold up when entering the car park or exiting on return. The transefers to and from the airport were regular and only took a few minutes. Excellent service, would definetely use again.

Easy to find using well described instructions. Very good value, close to airport ( 2 or 3 minutes) clean, modern transfer coach and friendly staff. Will be my first choice for future reservations.
