Reception staff not the best very slow and ignorant, but i would still recommend this company as i only had to deal with her for 10 minutes, i was emailed promtly with booking confirmation and helpfull directions even though its very well sign posted and easy to find, the parking and price were very good, transfers very prompt with a excellent bus transfer driver he helped with bags and was very nice and cheery. Overall i was very pleased.x

Easy to find. Staff could have been a bit more forthcoming at arrival (just didn't seem to care about anything) but transfers were quick. Bonus that we could see the planes from the car park (good for entertaining little boys)

Lot's of good reports on here and up until my last booking I would have agreed totally! Now here is a massive BUT....none of these people have had any reason to ask what happen's if anything happened to their car! I came back to find my back bumper had been hit so hard the side clips had broken and the bumper was marked and scratched. I showed this straight away to the person on charge that day, he looked at it and said he would look at cctv and speak to his boss who would give me a call.....well a week later and still no call. I chased this up again to be told he'd call me soon....he didn't! instead he sent an e-mail saying, basically he couldn't see anything on cctv and they wouldn't pay out on what they called a small mark! "New bumper was required!" So I was just to claim my own insurance! I tried to call and speak and sent manager an email asking him to call me but to no avail! Good car park?? mmm only if no one damages your car and you need to resolve it!

easy to find, transfers were a joy, well worth the money, would definitely recommend this service to anyone flying from Edinburgh.

Fast and efficience service from booking to returning for my car, cant find any fault at all my experience. This made for a great start to my break.

The parking site is located very convenient to the airport terminal, the transfer was quick, the staff were helpful and the return, where I was dropped right by my car, was a great touch.All in all, a pleasureable experience. Great value for money too!

This is the second time I have used Quality Parking and would highly recommend it. If I found anything to question it would be the transportation (0.6 miles) back to my car, the bus was overloaded.

i would use this carpark again .close to airport and bus drops you back off at your car, not just at carpark gates

Very efficient - everything went like clockwork. No waiting around, and system for handing back keys through bus driver was particularly impressive. Staff very pleasant. Thoroughly recommended.
