Found a little awkward to find but otherwise fine. Would certainly use again

Unable to comment on security, lighting and the parking area as the car was left for parking by staff, who also brought the car out ready to collect on our return. Everything went smoothly and we were soon picked up from the airport and on our way home. The staff were very busy but still friendly and we consider the company excellent value for money.

Easy, quick and convenient service, ideally located for the JL Airport. Very happy that we chose to use In2 Car Parking as we have used other companies previously. The transfers were prompt and although In2 is not within the airport complex itself, it is only 5 minutes away. What with the ever increasing costs of lugga-bus transfers, this has proven to be the most cost-effective means (which was less than half of what one lugga-bus company wanted for return transfers). Would highly recommend In2 Car Parking, and will be using them again in September. Great service.

This was by far the cheapest and probably one of the best parking options. Transfers were immediate on both outgoing and incoming journeys. There is even the option to have your car washed ready for your return. Will definitely use this facility again.

The service we got was excellent happy chatty lads no waiting and only minutes from the airport easy to find, couldnt ask for more.

This is the first time i have used a airport car park service. I was very impressed, we had booked our car in and were at the airport all in under 5 minutes. On our return we phoned from the baggage collection we only had to wait a couple of minutes to be collected. Our car was very well looked after. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and will certainly be reccomending them to my friends. I work at a hospital and have already been singing their praises to patients.

Very easy to find, staff were very professional and extremely helpful. Our flight was cancelled and it was no problem to them to collect us on the same day and then take us back to the airport 3 days later. We highly recommend In2 Parking - fast, reliable and excellent value for money!

Excellent directions got me to the car park easily. Friendly greetings from counter staff who explained and put me at ease about the system. Shuttle service to and from the airport was faultless and my car was ready and waiting at the car park entrance . . . not half a mile away as it can be when left at the Airport. The cost, £25 for a weeks parking including the shuttle service, was realistic and competitive. Will use again.

Prompt service and courteous opertors ,they even washed my car while I was away.

Close to the airport. the staff were very helpful and waiting time for transfers was very quick. we had used this service in the past and would use this again.

No sooner had we arrived at airport parking, we were taken to the airport, no hanging around.The same when we returned from our holiday, one quick phone call and our transport was with us.Makes it so much quicker for the home journey having the car park close by. the staff were most helpful and pleasant, even in the 'we small hours'.

Arrival procedure was not more than 10 minutes including all checks and some help from the staff to move luggage from my car to the transfer van. The transfer time is appx 5 minutes. At arrival the plane was 3 hours late but it was OK as they knew our flight number. The van was already at the airport to pick us up when we phoned them. Our car prepared for handover, and the same kind help from the driver with our bags. Very professional and friendly people. The only downside perhaps is the driveway that leads to the main entrance. Be carefull when driving in as there are some big holes.

Would have given this company top marks in every aspect,the only blemish was the attitude of the driver on our return.we came out of the airport and approached the van, the driver said he couldnt take us back till we phoned to say we had returned..fair enough,asked him for the number as i couldnt find the card i had been given on departure.he didnt give me the number to ring,just waited while i rummaged through my bags till i eventually found the card.as i was on the phone he told me i would have to wait till he came back and drove off with a half empty van!all the other staff were excellent,this particular one let them and the company down.

Its quicker to park up at In2 than park in the Airport car-park!!! Hastle Free!!
