An extrememly speedy service. No waiting about at either end. Friendly staff and great value for money. Will definately use again.

Car park easily found and staff very helpful and quick. Also on the return car waiting ready to go, all at a very reasonbly price. Qaulity service for which I have paid much more for in the past and not as good. Already recommended to family and friends.

Speedy transfer service in comfortable minibus. No hanging around either end. Very reasonable price and close to airport Redecorating waiting area will was ready for it. Will definitely use again. Just be careful of rather large potholes on approach to entrance.

Maybe I'm being harsh but compared to other carparks around there we were waiting over half an hour in the freezing cold waiting for the bus to pick us up.

Really recommended for everyone who's flying from Liverpool Airport.I had little problem to find first but got helpful direction from petrol station guy.I was affraid to leave car keys to parking guys (who knows how they could treat your car during your absence) but nothing wrong happened, means was well-cared. Shuttle bus was waiting for us when we arrived back holidays so we needn't call for it. Great!

Less than 10 minutes wait for transfer bus both on departure, and on arrival. Car was waiting for us on our return so we were on our way home within minutes. Doubt if we will use taxis again.

Third time of using In2Parking at Liverpool. Very good service. Only compliant would be that due to a lot of people needing transfers back to car park we had to wait for mini bus to return, as first one was full but this only took about ten minutes and is a reflection on how popular this car park has become. Would definitely use again, excellent value for money.

In2 car parking is so close to Liverpool Airport you can be back in your car before others who parked at the airport are out and on there way home.

Directions straight forward. No hassle. Helped with bags on/off. Phoned when through customs etc. bus was awaiting as we came out of doors. Will not use any other 10/10

As mentioned the transfers were quick and the cost was good. Staff were over casual and not particularly professional. Processes seemed haphazard. Instructions for return pickup were not particularly clear. Pick up was a bit chaotic and no identity checking was carried out before release of car keys. Staff did not respond professionally to query about possible minor damage during storage. No manager was available to deal with the issue. Left my details for manager to contact me later. Never did. The parking is in an old industrial facility.

quick and easy to check-in then didn't have to wait to be transfered to the airport as the bus was waiting. On arriving back to liverpool a bus arrived within 5 minutes and then straight to reception to collect our keys and on our way home. No problems at all which made it easy and relaxing for us.

After arriving, booking in was quick and easy and the transfer to the airport was less than 2 minutes. On arrival the coach was waiting. Would certainly use again.

We only had one problem - finding the place. We didn't think the directions were too clear, but this only delayed us by about 5 minutes.

would recomend,always happy to help very reliable and value for money been using them for years nothing to much trouble.

The only issue was the number of people using the car park, often people had to wait for the minibus, but they came quickly

I have used this car park for first time, Easy to book, easy to find, stress free service. A very convenient, reliable and efficient service. Excellent value for money, very efficient, quick and easy minibus to airport and back again. I would certainly recommend it to others. I have used many airport car parking facilities in the past, many are hard to find, whihc is not something you want at 4am in the rain! In2 at Liverpool was very well sign posted, easy check in, and fast transfer in a clean bus with a very friendly driver. Woul recommend, and would certainly use again.
