First time user.The whole experience, from cost , to booking, arriving and returning was great. We are regular travellers from Liverpool and will be parking at 1n2 from now on, and recommending you to our family and friends.

This is the first time we have used In2 Car Parking and, without fail, when travelling from Liverpool we will use them again. The staff were friendly and efficient. We were taken to the airport within minutes of arriving and coming back we had the same punctual service. No hassle whatsoever. A suggestion - The right hand turn from the main road can be difficult to negotiate so, alternatively, after arriving at In2 parking take a left at the next Traffic lights . Go around the roundabout and come back to the TLs. Turn right to retrace your steps and arrive at In2 Parking on your left. We did this in error but found that it was much easier anyway.

I have used this car park several times and always get an outstanding service. It is always reasonably priced and the staff are extremely friendly.

This was a superb service - we were not kept waiting at all on both journeys. It took less than 5 minutes to transfer and in very comfortable transport. Couldn't have been any better, thank you!

We used this company for the first time in April 2012. First of all I think In2 Parking offers superb value for money compared with airport parking within John Lennon. After dropping the car off we immediately left for the airport. Likewise on the return the mini bus picked us up within minutes. There was no waiting around at either stage. The drivers were chatty and friendly. We are away again at the end of the month and I had no hesitation in booking in again. I cannot recommend highly enough. Use them !

Arrived at 0500 Sunday. Easy to find. Waited only 3-4 minutes for transfer in comfortable minibus. In terminal in 5 minutes. Return worked smoothly. Phoned from baggage hall and picked up outside terminal in 3 minutes. Transferred immediately. Car ready.Retrieved key in a minute. Staff friendly and efficient. Could not ask for anything more. Excellent value.

Easy to find, even though it was foggy when we arrived. There were two other couples waiting and we set off straight away! On return, when phoning, they said they'd be about 5 minutes. In fact they were quicker than that! There was one other couple waiting and we set straight off. Very quick and efficient and good value for money! Will use again and recommend!

Got into my car on returning, and the boot alarm was going off, in other words, my boot was opened and not closed properly from once i dropped it off to when i collected it....in the past i've had my air conditioning on etc etc, but they did say that they needed to find the heaters etc for the windows in the winter to move the car, fair enough, a one off and understandable, but my boot been opened????

I was rather sceptical as in2 came out the cheapest, I thought there must be a compromise somewhere,but no they were efficient cheap,very cheerful and in all a pleasant experience, would def use again

Hard to find at night, no lighting on the entrance from the main road otherwise really quick & cheap!

I chose this company because of price - they are slightly further from the airport than some others, but in practice this makes little difference in terms of transfer time. Service was as good as or better than expected. Staff were helpful. There are some steep steps from the forecourt up to the office, which might pose difficulties if, for example, you are elderly or disabled.

Brilliant service. Shuttle bus ready for us early in the morning no waiting around, staff very friendly and they look after your car. I have used in2 car park twice now and will continue to use. Also recommended to family and friends. Thank you.

Arrived at In2 Car Parking. Parked up, handed car key in and within 5 mins we were taken to the airport. On returning from holiday minibus was waiting for us at the airport. Would definitely recommend and use again

great service, friendly blokes running it, car park is only 5 mins from airport, would strongly recommend!

Dropped the car off and was immediatley transfered to the airport, all instructions were simple and easy for the return transfer. Waited probably 3 minutes for the lift back. Completley hastle free, I will certainley use again for my any other trips I take. Thanks

A very good service that I would reccomend to others. As we travel oversees 4 or 5 times a year and need airport parking I would hope that in the future In 2 car parks would consider a loyaty system that would attract further discounts.

Departure: Very kind and helpful gentleman, helped with loading and was polite and helpful. Return: On pickup the driver did not get out of the car to open boot, nor help with loading, nor open side door. Then drove poorly back to depot whereby she ran out of the vehicle and did not help again with unloading, before disappearing into depot.

Not sign posted well enough but found it eventually. I was transfered in what seems to be just a private car but ok fine. I called on arrival was told 5 mins and yes a guy came to pick me up in a van, nice clean etc but again no official name or company identification on pick up van. It was all very easy though and good value for money. My newish 4 x 4 was safe. Staff were very nice though the place seems a bit gloomey. Smiles. Not much difference from other offers which may be more pleasent looking, more official looking ... if that matters to one! I just like nice places... smiles. Good people. Regards Ana D
