This was the first time we had used In2 Car Parking and I would recommend them without reservation. We had no sooner parked our car than we were on the coach to the airport, which took less than 5 minutes. On our return we made a quick call to advise we were through customs and a few minutes later the coach arrived to take us back to our own car, which was ready for us. An excellent service, at an exceptionally good price.

I have used In2 on at least 6 occasions in the last 18 months. I have seen its efficiency and reliability grow in the last 12 months. During that time I have recommended it to family and friends who have also been impressed with their service. Transfer to the airport on arrival has been extremely speedy and even when the flight has been delayed on return there has been no problem in picking up once we have telephoned. The staff have always been friendly, approachable and helpful,with a great sense of humour,lifting luggage in and out of the transport. The service they provide is so much better than some of the on site airport car parking I have used before. This can be problematic when having to walk to and from the terminal,in the rain from some parts of the airport,and problems with the barrier,necessitating delay, on return,when all you want to do is to get away on your return as soon as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending In2 and hope their very competetive and reasonable charges continue.

Transfer to airport was quick and comfortable. On arrival home in early hours of the morning the shuttle coach was waiting for us and our car was ready for collection.

Transfers quick and efficient. Took 4 phone calls to raise them on my return which was a bit frustrating as it was late at night but as it happens the bus was on its way anyway. Would use again.

This is a secure parking and transfer service and thats exactly what we got. Staff were efficient, quick and on-time. No problems at all. Would recommend anytime.

This carpark was reasonably priced, as I had used their facility once before I was aware of the arrival proceedure. However had it been my first experience the unhelpfulness of the staff would probably have prevented me from ever considering using their car park in future. The staff were much more pleasant on my return, maybe due to the 'normal'time of my return 11.30am, as opposed to 5.45am on my outbound journey.

First time ever! Usually get a lift but not worth the hassle for all or the cost. I just wish I had noticed the valet service on my way out rather than way back!

Our outward bound journey we could not fault the person manning the reception was helpful and courteous etc as was the driver of the transfer bus - brilliant Our return journey was awful, it was raining which didn't help but we had to wait a long time for the bus, the driver was miserable, the person behind reception was less than helpful and our car had not been brought around to the front it was still at the back of the building so we had to wait for the person behind reception to bring it around. When I gave our name to him he served someone else without explaining why he hadn't given me the key until I asked him if there was a problem with my car and then he said I have to bring it around in a minute. This is a shame because we used this car park in September and were really happy with everything and as I said the outward bound journey was fine couldn't fault it. I work in Customer Services and was not impressed at all
