Car parked inside by me. On arrival it was outside completely frozen over with a flat battery, lights left on when it was moved.

I paid for outside parking which i believed was secure. However, My car window was smashed and some goods were taken while in their care and on my return it was pointed out that the invoice confirms outside parking is at your own risk. Imagine replaced the glass as a goodwill gesture and have been very helpfull. Unfortunately,the glass repair has damaged the door panel and crushed the outside trim with glass being left all over the car seats etc. leaving me with further costs. I think the lesson for me is always to pay for indoor risk free secure parking and take care to examine the paper work provided by the parking provider and not the website search engine.

Car park was easy to find with postcode. Staff were very helpful and friendly and dropped me off at airport as soon as I had parked up. Site was safe and I was picked up within 10 minutes from landing.

Pleasant and helful staff helped toease a stressful situation as we arrived late.

Found the service to be well managed and will use again. Value for money is comparable to other providers. Only let down was the driver who picked us up on our return journey. He rushed us into the van and threw our cases in the back, as he was worried he had overtsyed the 10 min free parking!

I am a frequent user of Imagine and have tried others but they are the best i have come accross. Staff are pleasant and car has always been safe and secure.

Place was easy to find, undercover parking which was great as it was raining. Minibus was waiting to take us the short distance to the terminal. On our return the mini bus was waiting where they said. Everything was just very simple, quick and efficient. I always worry that my cars going to be used as a taxi when I'm away but there were very few miles on the clock when I picked it up (it was explained the car would be taken to another site). Would recommend this company.
