I chose the cheapest I could find and have no regrets. The parking area was easy to find and the service excellent - I was dropped off and picked up at the airport straight away. Would use again.

We were delighted with the service and would definitely book again rather than park on the airport carpark.

We have used this company for years and have only had good experiences but on this occasion the return transfer was poor. On arrival at the garage the driver got out of the vehicle and disappeared into the building. We were left to open the minibus door, get own cases out and into our car, whereas in the past the staff member has helped us with this which we appreciate as we are both in our late sixties and not quite as able as we were. Apart from this matter we have always been very satisfied with the service.

Quite wary about leaving car keys, however the service was good, pickup prompt and no complaints. Perhaps the car keys bit should be mentioned on booking?

A very fast and efficent service which is comveniently located for the airport with a door to door transfer so no walking required and very safe for leaving your car

I had a mishap which actually meant I was unable to travel on the day I hoped.. Speaking directly to the staff, they were friendly and helpful. There was no problem in my delayed departure. I will always use Imagine when I fly from Liverpool.

Very good service for the money. Car drop off was under cover and transfer to airport was quick and hassle free. On return, again the pick up was quick (we had bulky bike bags with us so as it was a busy time the drivers were taken to collect the cars and return to the airport, not an issue as it saved time). Car was waiting at the office upon return and no waiting around. would use again.

Always very straightforward to deal with. Parking is close to terminal than much of the official parking - can walk in under 10minutes if required. Recommended

I have used Imagine many times and every time I have experienced excellent service.

This is the second time we have used Imagine when flying from Liverpool. An excellent service from start to finish and on both occassions they were the best for value.

I was thinking that shuttle to airport on demand may be the issue but it was totally ok. Anyway, the parking is within the walking distance. There was some stress with the missing car keys when i came back but it was resolved quickly.

arrived and checked car in very quick and jumped onto bus very quick and collect very quick best service we found,

When I got back my car was parked between two other cars, and I had problem to get to my one.... There was like 50 cm space between cars... Not good....

The service was very good and the car park is only a minute from the airport,pick ups were quick and very good

This car park is run by friendly and efficient staff.Just two minuits away from the terminal and great value for money I would recomend it to anyone.
