It was a piy we just missed the bus at the carpark, but pleased that we were allowed to wait on the bus as it was very cold. Bus driver used the F word (not agressively)...tut tut. I come from Stevenage, so wasn't offended

Online booking was easy to use. Directions to Airparks Luton were easy to follow, check in proceedure was swift and efficient. The coach transport to and from the airport ran smoothly. The return proceedure for car colllection was just as easy and all reasonably priced.

My flight from France was cancelled due to snow at Luton. I was then charged £20 for being 30 hours delayed. Surely a figure of £10 ie nearer the daily charge I had paid intially would have been fairer? Had I been delayed still further, I could have been charged a very large sum due to no fault of my own I shall think hard before using Airparks again David Parry

When I first arrived and was asked to leave my keys I was a bit wary, but what an excellent service, I will definatley be using this service again, we did not have to wait long for a bus at either end it was great

A good car park. Friendly staff. Not far from the airport. The car was parked in the row that they said it was in. This made a change as some car parks I've used they said the car was in row D (for example) and I've found it two rows away in row C,B,E or F.

Check-in was OK under the circumstances, quiet a few people queued up. Make sure you allow at least another hour from when you park to when you want to be at the airport, it is a long bus ride.

I have used this car park a few times and have always been very happy with the friendly helpful service. The only thing I think would have been a good idea would have been more buses as being Christmas eve morning it was extremely busy and although we were at the car park almost 2 hours before the flight we only just made it.

Directions and help in finding site were first class.Transfer to Luton Airport was fine as was the return collection.Opted for the car wash which was of a good standard only small complaint was the car was parked in a muddy area so dirty feet all over car carpet after clean was not the best but hey was bad weather. Thanks for good experience will pass on my thoughts to friends and family

This is the second time I am using Airparks for long term parking at Luton. Both times my experience was absolutely fine. Transfers were good, staff were friendly, prices reasonable. Parking is a simple matter and this is all I really need.

Mr Hage 24 December, 2009

It was disappointing that we were asked to pay an additional £10 after we had been delayed by less than a day by the appalling weather conditions at both our departure airport and Luton. The charge was disproportionate to the weekly charge and it would have been considerate if Airparks could have waived this charge. It was a very good example of companies/people making money out of other people's suffering. We may look at parking at another facility in the future.

The only thing you should do is to make sure that satellite navigators will take people to your location. I used your postal code and ended up miles away at some sort of school, making it a very close call since the M-25 was also closed that morning.... If you write to tomtom they will correct their maps. gk

Cannot fault the service and friendliness of the staff even late at night. As bay 12 has been moved and is quite difficult to see when its dark and raining an illuminated light on the roof would be helpful. Other than that will have no qualms about using them again.

Parking and collecting car was straightforward. Seemed to have to wait longer than usual for coach to go out but this may not have been more than the advertised 20 minutes. Also seemed to have to wait a long time for coach coming back but again this was not much more than 20 minutes. Think that one coach driver was sick but am not certain.

Mr Rudkin 25 November, 2009

Arriving, booking in and travel to airport o/k, on return it was raining heavily and car had been left a long way from building, minimal assistance from reception on its location and lighting in the car park was poor so not a great experience at end of holiday.

My car was parked for two weeks at the Luton Airparks. Simple procedure and strait forward rules. One word of criticism though. I think the staff should work on their friendliness towards customers.

Mr Zdankowski 02 November, 2009

Transfer time, quoted on their website - 15 minutes, must be the time it takes the coach to reach the airport not the time it takes the traveler to reach the airport which was more like 25-30min in my case which caused enough delay to make me miss my flight as I arrived 10min after the gate closed. I am partly to blame too for not arriving early enough but I would have made it with time to spare if the transfer coach left on time. Very dissapointed with this.

Mrs Nizamoglu 01 November, 2009

The only criticisms I would level are that some of the staff when we got to the car park just ignored us when we got there. It transpired that they would not have been able to help us, and we were waiting for another lady who was busy serving another customer, but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged, and to have been told that we needed to wait for the lady serving. Re the buses - how about posting the pick up times at the bus stop at Luton - we ended up hanging around waiting, with no idea as to when to expect the bus. It would have been preferable to have known how long we had to wait for
