- Date Changes: If a date amendment is made more than 7 days before arrival, the car park charges a £5.00 administration fee. If less than 7 days, no amendments are accepted and no refunds issued.
- No-Shows: No refunds are issued and no amendments are accepted.

- From Hitchin, as you approach Luton, pass the Hilton Hotel on your right.
- At the large roundabout take the second exit, passing the fire station.
- At the next roundabout, take the first exit.
- At the following roundabout, take the second exit.
- At the next roundabout, take the second exit.
- At the following roundabout, take the first exit into the airport.
- Go up the hill to the large roundabout and take the second exit, passing the Holiday Inn.
- Go through the tunnel and follow the signs to the drop off area.
