excellent service well worth the extra money staff were kind and helpful and we didnt have to wait at all.

Flight was early Sunday morning 3 sleepy kids and a fair amount of bags. The system worked very well the same driver droped the car back that took it away and he was very welcoming and gave a hand with the bags. I would use the Meet And Greet again
I called when I was a few minutes away and the driver arrived promptly, same on return. Very helpful. Only adverse comment would be about the paperwork. The instructions are not clear and I had to telephone for clarification. Would use again.
On arrival the driver was very pleasant, on collection I found him brusque and in a hurry (a different driver). Not impressed by the fact you then have to pay a pound to get out of the car park. This is not the case at Birmingham or Stansted.
I expected my car to be there when we walked out of the airport. We followed arrival instructions but still had to wait in the car park for 7-10mins. The charges for this service are higher than other airports and we do travel from many airports and have experience of services available. Your representative was waiting when we arrived for the outbound journey and both drivers were very customer focused. Please try to improve your delivery service.
I've had some bad 'meet & greet' experiences in the past, having to hang about when I arrived and, more frustrating, standing waiting for 30 mins upon my return - but I can honestly say the service I got on this occasion at Luton was superb. The driver was there waiting for me, and within literally 2 minutes of me phoning when I got back, my car turned up. I would definitely recommend this service, and will definitely use it again. Generally service was as advertised but on our return we ended up waiting about 10 mins after exiting the airport building for our car to be delivered, which was a bit frustrating given that it was -2 C
Think you should clean the outside of the car for the price premium you charge. Your people were great.

I booked valet parking as we were returning on an evening flight with two small children. Having phoned from the terminal building, we only had to wait around five minutes before our car arrived at the pickup point. perfect !
Everything worked very smoothly and efficiently. We were met at the airport as we drove into the drop-off area. When we returned, we phoned the number provided and the car arrived back in the drop-off area within a couple of minutes - hardly any waiting at all. Very satisfied and will almost certainly use them again. The price was pretty reasonable compared to the other equivalent service offered at Luton Airport.
Fantastic service. Had two very young children as well as lots of luggage and the service we recieved was brilliant. The drivers turned up promptly which was important to us on our return journey as it was in the early hours of the morning. Would definitely use meet and greet again - it was worth it.
Driver was there to meet us, despite the fact that we arrived earlier than anticipated. Very quick and efficient, offered to help with luggage. On our return, the car was there to meet us and again it was handed back to us very efficiently. We have used similar services before at other airports but this is probably the best we have experienced.
Very prompt pickup on arrival at airport. Easy drop off parking at new Luton arrangements. Only mild criticism was a 10 minute wait for car on return. Otherwise very professional and friendly service.
Unfortunately we had a very poor experience - nobody showed up to greet us at 6.30am at Luton airport with 3 kids in tow and the meeting point (beside the bus stop in front of the airport) given by telephone at the time of booking was incorrect! Moreover, the number supplied on our booking form only worked during office hours, and no one attempted to call us on our mobile which we had supplied at the time of booking. We ended up parking in short term parking at a cost of £120 and nearly missed our flight. Happily, APH have agreed to reimburse our out-of-pocket expenses. (Ps if you book short term parking in advance it is £10 cheaper than meet and greet and is only slightly further than the meet and greet meeting point - we know where it is now!)
On a very cold,snowy and icy 12.30 at night we were greeted at Luton airport on time. Your colleague was most helpful in finding trolleys and showing us the best way to the terminal. On return 1.20 morning on phoning when leaving customs we were told the car was outside waiting for us. The security qustion regarding my surname was asked and we were on our way home. On using this service we are sure we saved a good 3/4 hr on each side of our journey without the hassle of transporting ourselves and luggage from our car onto and off a bus and likeways on the way home. will definately use this service again
Directions for Meet and Greet location
From the M1, Junction 10:
- Exit at Junction 10 and come down the slip road, which is Junction 10A.
- At the large roundabout at the bottom, take the second exit.
- Follow this road through a set of traffic lights and into the airport.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit.
- Go through the tunnel and follow signs to the drop off area.
- Park in one of the lanes, and the driver will meet you there.
From Hitchin A505:
- From Hitchin, as you approach Luton, pass the Hilton Hotel on your right.
- At the large roundabout take the second exit, passing the fire station.
- At the next roundabout, take the first exit.
- At the following roundabout, take the second exit.
- At the next roundabout, take the second exit.
- At the following roundabout, take the first exit into the airport.
- Go up the hill to the large roundabout and take the second exit, passing the Holiday Inn.
- Go through the tunnel and follow the signs to the drop off area.
- Park in one of the lanes and the driver will meet you there.
