You'll be met at the terminal by a fully insured chauffeur ready to take your car to a fully secure compound with laser beam security system, CCTV and 24 hour patrols.

Drive fly will call 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. If you are running late or arriving early, please call Drive Fly on the phone number provided in the confirmation. Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier. The designated off-airport meet and greet area is to your right next to the pay point station.

Here you will be greeted by one of the chauffeurs at the prearranged meeting point, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with Drivefly company logo on it.

Call Drive Fly on the number provided in your confirmation once you have collected all your luggages in the baggage hall. Please have a 1 coin to exit barrier, you have to pay at the Pay station, next to the Meet and Greet area, if over ten minutes the charges go up to 7.50, so please make sure you are actually coming out of the terminal before ringing for your car.

If coming via the M1 motorway come off slip road, which goes into M1 junction 10A to a large roundabout, take second exit sign posted Airport. The airport is well sign posted from this point. Head towards the short term car park and go through the ticket barrier. The designated off-airport meet and greet area is to your right next to the pay point station.

A simple and convenient system to drop off the car and collect. However to find that the car was left running burning fuel for over 20+mins, having to pay for parking on leaving and that the car had 3 miles more mileage than expected on the clock was worrying as I own a sports car.

Collection was good, apart from me going into the wrong place at first, will know next time. All staff very courteous. We had to wait quite a while for collection, I have used various meet and greets at Gatwick and they are always there on time waiting for me. This is my first time at Luton, hopefully next time my car will be there on time. Thank you.

We now always use Meet and Greet services to fly from Luton & Stansted, as the cost differential between Meet and Greet and Self Park seems to have eroded to a point where it would be rude not to ! Drive Fly were punctual and courteous - a very good experience.

Booking proved easy. We had to wait a few minutes on arrival and if you haven't used the service before, this can be a bit disconcerting, particularly in the dark. It would probably help if the greeters had some clear form of identification, as we approached the wrong one. The return worked very smoothly. It is important to note that the greeters can only wait for 15 minutes in the short term car park before incurring charges, so there is no point in calling them too early, particularly as it takes a few minutes to walk to the car park.
