Directions from M1 Motorway

  • Exit the M1 motorway at junction 10.
  • At the roundabout take the 2nd onto Airport Way/A1081 heading to Luton/Hitchin/A505.
  • Go through the traffic lights and stay in the right hand lane, heading towards Hitchin.
  • At the roundabout take the 1st exit leading to Kimpton Road (Motor Bodies on your left).
  • Keep in the left hand lane and turn left at the Pink Pig Sign.

  • Follow signs to London Luton Airport.
  • On approaching Vauxhall roundabout, straight over Passing IBC Vehicles on your right.

Had no problem with this company last year, but they have changed their system to become a drop and go service. Car had an extra 20 miles on the clock from when we dropped it and was very very dusty so I imagine it was in a field somewhere for two weeks. We had to wait 45 mins for our bags, and despite the fact that we hadn't called to request our car it was already at the pick up point when we called to say we were ready. This meant it had been there longer than the 20 mins we had been allowed for the £4 we gave the man, and we're asked to pay another £6 to get the car out of the car park. Eventually sorted out but not needs at 1am. Won't use again

I would say that overall it is a good value for money. However I have booked some hours for arrival and departing with approximation as at time of booking I haven't found as mandatory to be very orecise on these hours. These became mandatory when car park upgraded my booking to meet and greet. Due to traffic aup to Luton from Bristol it was very difficult to arrive in time at meet and greet area at short stay car park. I was liable to pay a charge but the guy was quite understanding the situation. On the return being aware about this I called in advance the car park about exact arrival time and guess what: they didn't communicate each other one shift with the other about my arrival time and they were still expecting me to be back at 6 pm instead of 3 pm. But the guy who brought my car at meet and greet was ok. The only surprise was a ticket of £4 I needed to pay as all the guys who enter into short stay with their cars. I paid that as the guy was just a worker but I complained about because the initial booking wasn't a meet and greet but in the same time wasn't mentioning about extra charges. So I got the £4 back. It was just a bit annoying but overall ok. Maybe I would also consider Heathrow for my next journeys as Luton is too far and too difficult to reach the airport in time. Good luck! Radu

Very disappointed as some search the car inside..i don't know for what. i have left special some stuff in the car..and someone had the pleasure to look what i have inside.

Firstly no clear instructions were given as to where to meet the team before we headed off on our holiday. After driving to the address given on the website and not finding the company we called them only to be told to go back to the airport to meet them there. The real trouble arose when we came back from our holiday, before leaving we checked the car and the staff even took pictures and signed off to say the car was ok. When we came to collect our car, a member of staff drove our car back to us with a tyre completely flat at the front. After checking the car, we pointed out the flat tyre to him and he mumbled an apology saying he was going to get some help. Help came in the form of his colleague who insisted the flat tyre happened on the spot not whilst in their care. An argument ensued as we assured him the car was brought to us with a flat tyre, he proceeded to swear at me and walk off leaving us (2 women) stranded in the cold, on a Sunday night, 50 miles from home with a flat tyre. All I can say is thank goodness the AA, avoid at all cost!

We had booked our car park meet and greet with another company but did not feel confident after reading some reviews so cancelled and rebooked with Pink Pig a couple of days before our flight. We are so pleased we did we had an excellent service, the staff were courteous efficient and friendly. We shall definitely use this company again and recommend it to our friends. The only problem was we had difficulty in finding it but I understand that the council refused you signage on the roundabout. Typical councils!!!!

this is probably the 20/30th time i have parked at various airports but pink pig has to be the best service i have ever had. Long may the pink pig continue to grow and be around for a long time to come

Instructions on how to get to the parking could have been a bit clearer. However on calling pink pig staff they were really helpful.
