Experience the convenience of Meet and Greet parking at Luton Airport! A professional driver will meet you at the terminal upon your departure and arrival, eliminating the need for a transfer.

Call the telephone number in your confirmation email when you are 20 minutes from the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Your driver will meet you in the Short Stay car park, help you unload your luggage, check your car's condition and confirm your return flight details. You will then be asked to sign the paperwork and be given a copy.Please leave only your vehicle keys with the driver.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to strict airport regulations, meet and greet drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes at the drop off area. If you are going to arrive over 20 minutes earlier or later than your pre-booked time, you may be asked to follow signs to the Mid-Term Car Park free drop-off area first. Your driver will then ring you when they are near and ask you to proceed to the meet and greet area.

Your driver will track your flight using the return flight details you provided. Once you are ready to go to the Short Stay car park, please call the driver to let them know and they will come meet you. Your driver will check your vehicle with you and ask you to sign that you are happy with its condition. They may ask to see your ID to confirm your car is being returned to the right person.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the strict 10-minute waiting restriction, it is important that you do not call your driver until you are on your way to the pick-up area.

Note: There is a £1 charge to get out of the Short Stay car park - £4.50 if your car is there for more than 15 minutes. For this reason, it is advisable that you don't call the car park when you return until you're nearly ready to pick up your car.

Really pleased with the service. The price is reasonable and the service was excellent. I let them know I had a small baby with me and I didn't have to wait long once I had called to say I had my luggage after I had landed. Will definitely be using them again.

Very good service on collection - ready, waiting and made themselves known to me very clearly. Had to wait 5-10 minutes in the cold on return which was a shame. And unlike the other people having their car collected at the same time, I had to pay my own pound to exit. I know this was advertised, but so it was for the others collecting (I know, they were my colleagues). It is a small thing, but certainly creates a perception: when returning from abroad it is not always easy to have a pound coin to hand. However, overall, I have to say it is good value for money.

Although Park & Go did not forward the booking and reservation the Go Simply staff has been very helpful and professional. Vehicle collection and drop off was on time. Pleasent staff and all according to plan. Excellent service.

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Much more conveneient than normal off-airport parking and only slightly more expensive when we went. Definitely worth the small amount extra.
