Unfortunately there was alot of mud on all tyres and under the car which was not there when the car was dropped off. We also had to wait over 15min but appreciate the there was a number of people arriving at the same time.

Don't believe it only takes 10 minutes for the car to arrive. Suggest you phone as soon as you are through passport control at Luton. It took about 30 minutes for the car to arrive after I called.

The drop off and collection point was a 5-10 mintue walk from the airport terminal which is further than I have previously seen at other airports and was a difficult journey with luggage, baby, push chair and travel cot etc. Also the drivers footwell was very dirty (muddy footmarks) when the car was returned to me. However the staff were very friendly and on balance I would probably use this service again.

Well worth using Meet & Greet Luton. They were very friendly, punctual and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

A competitively priced Service but the negative factor is that although given 2 telephone numbers,we had considerable trouble making contact both on approach to the airport and on return to carpark. Once contact was made the service was efficient, prompt & friendly.

It was on time and would say very good value for money! Will be back, for certain.

Driver was there to collect and arrived within 5 minutes of our return. First class service

When i arrived i had to wait around for 10 minutes to leave my car. When we returned, we rang when we had our bags and we had to wait 15 minutes for our car. Would be useful if it stated somewhere how long it takes to bring the car over so they we had an idea of when to phone. It says on the instructions to call when you are ready to go the short stay car park which took us a matter of 2 minutes. Apparently they had 8 cars to reutrn for the same flight - which is excellent for business but they should make allowances for those flights where they have numerous customers expecting cars. Value for money drops when the service is not massively efficient.
