CCS Meet and Greet Parking reviews

I hadn't ever used meet and greet before and wasn't quite sure about it. However, I needn't have worried, despite my very early morning start, the phone was promptly answered and the driver was there within 5 minutes to greet me. On my return, I only had to wait 5 mins before my car was delivered from the moment I phoned. I can not fault the company and I would definitely use the company. Many thanks for the help and great customer service which is rare these days.

Call was taken immediately and the driver arrived before we did. Return service just as punctual. All aspects of the service very well executed.

I was a little nervous because CCS provide a land line office tel. no. only... but it was answered promptly and politely at 04:35 on arrival and at 22:05 on return. Very prompt, no waiting. simple payment & paperwork too - thanks !

Having had a bad experience with meet and greet at Luton I was very wary, but there was no need. CCS were brilliant. The woman who took the call as we were approaching the airport was very friendly and helpful. The driver was waiting for us and spotted us. He didn't need a pound coin from us to take our car out like the previous experience. On return, even though we only called from the arrivals lounge, the car arrived at the meeting point at practically the same time as us and the car was in the same state as when we'd left it, unlike last time. Definitely use them next time.

It is a great relief to know that all we have to do is give the car to you as we arrive, knowing you will be there with it ready for us to drive away as soon as we get back from our holiday. We make use of your service when we fly from Luton and we really appreciated it last year. Our flight from Spain was 4 hours late, and on a very cold early morning in February 2010 it was lovely to find you had a warm car waiting for us, ready to go. Thanks again.

We decided to go meet and greet as we were checking in at 4am and did not fancy a 20minute wait for a bus in the cold with two children. We were met promptly and despite Luton airport parking (not the same company) being on Watchdog that week we were reassured by our driver and made sure that we took a note of our mileage. On our return we were double grateful as my husband had injured his foot the night before. Our car was waiting for us and we were able to drive off straight away - a faultless service. Thank you. ps. Mileage was 4 miles and car was in the same state as we had left it (messy unfortunately!)

Upon my return, I was unable to get through to you immediately, and then waited about 10 minutes. My son who used a different, and much cheaper company, was long gone before me. If I hadn't had that comparison, I would have thought your service OK.

excellent service well worth the extra money staff were kind and helpful and we didnt have to wait at all.

Very pleased and convenient. Car delivery was delayed due to heavy traffic. Good thing it was not raining!
