If you have a young family like ours and dread the challenge of the buses and luggage fiasco this is ideal. No hassle, fantastic service and a fair price. We would never fly without the meet and greet service again.

Very helpful staff guided us to the right drop of point and collected car within 5 minutes. We were delayed untill 3.30am but sevice was still the same high quality with no complaints from the staff, and car was returned within 5 minutes.

The drop off point was easy to find and very near the terminal entrance/ exit. It avoided hanging around waiting for shuttle buses especially when you have a young child with you. When we got back to the car, it was parked up running and the staff even helped to load the bags in before handing us the ticket ready to facilitate exit. Easy! We'll use this service again at Luton for sure.

The driver on collection of my car promised to leave me some leaflets about booking your service direct instead of going via an agency on the web. He did not leave them in the car. I will use service again as it is worth paying for the no-hassle of parking and returning to car park after the flight, but a discount for repeat returning customers would be welcome!

Bit dearer than Gatwick equivalent but staff were SO polite and punctual and with two pre-schoolers and Granny in tow it couldn't be more convenient!!!

Rang and said would arrive at 4.30 pm as booked and was told there would be a fifteen minute wait. Again at the return which was quite late, after 11.00 pm again it was a 10 minute wait for the car in the freezing cold. Had better service at Stansted!!

When we arived the driver wasn't there - although we had given the required 5 minute warning. Whenhe did arrive he was very apologetic but said he had had 5 pickups to do in 25 minutes - which I think would be impossible for Lewis Hamilton with a clear track! Nevertheless it was a good service.

all went well although if you junction 10 as advised the driver not there waiting for you. Ring a bit sooner On arrival they like you to ring when already out of the terminal but that means a short wait

We used the Luton Airport Meet & Greet service. It was absolutely brilliant. The driver was waiting to collect the car when we arrived and on our return the wait was minimal. This is the quickest service we have ever used. 5*****

Unfortunately our car would not start so could not be returned to us, but this was no fault of the Meet and Greet Service. The staff went out of their way to help us with our car and made us and our sleepy children very welcome in their portacabin.

Meet and Greet is certainly worth the money, knowing that your car is safe, I also left my house keys with them (one less thing to worry about on holiday) Got through on the phone straightaway on the way there and back and they were expecting me so I didn't even have to give my name or any reference number. Excellent service. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful (even helping me with directions when the motorway junction was closed and we got completely lost)

At Luton, the time limit in the drop-off area means that the car can't be parked for more than a few minutes. In reality, this means only calling when leaving the airport and waiting for the car. This is painful for kids and, again with kids, it sometimes takes quite some time to pack the car. Karl

I loved the service, the staff were extremely efficient and courteous. It was the first time I had used the service in Luton and got a little lost and ended up in the taxi area. I arrived back late on Saturday night and was really grateful not to have to wander about looking for my car. I will definitely use the service again.

I have only ever used this service at Stanstead before. The Luton experience was just as good - ie. excellent. It is worth it to us not to have to park miles away and catch a courtesy bus to the terminal, taking up even more time in an already time-consuming process. I would recommend this service to anyone. Well done and thank you!

The staff that we met were very friendly and efficient. The man was there waiting for us when we arrived and we were off and into the terminal to check-in in no time at all. The car was returned promptly and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone travelling from Luton.

Would recommend this to everyone. Couldn't fault the service we received. The driver was waiting for us as we arrived to drop off the car and was there with our car, as we left it, within minutes of our telephone call when back in this country. No damage to vehicle, no excessive mileage! Thank you.

We phoned as we left the motorway and were met in the drop off zone. Having used this company previously we were not worried about leaving the car with them. Everything worked like clockwork and we were able to relax. We needed the meet and greet service as there were roadworks on the M1 and we were expecting to be late.

Very easy and straightforward, the drivers were punctual and very helpful. Good to have a freephone number for calling on arrival, saved scrabbling around for loose change when mobile phone battery had run out!

With the new airport security we could not have the meet and greet service, but the service we received was excellent despite this. We shall certainly use their service again. Thank you.

My family and I find that using the meet and greet service is really convenient as we are a family of 5 and therefore have a lot of luggage, as well as two sets of golf clubs and a tennis bag when travelling. This is so much easier than having to park up in a carpark and then get a bus to the terminal. Well worth the few pounds extra.
