Due to security, the staff were unable to drop the car off outside the airport for the meet and greet service which I had booked. However, they had arranged for a driver to meet us in the short term car park (1 minute walk) and take us to our car in their parking lot. Very good service under the circumstances.

On the first day of the recent airport security scare, our arrival back in the UK was enhanced by how easy they made one of the most difficult problems at an airport. Thank you.

The drivers were really helpful. eg when we arrived the airport was very busy so the driver had chosen a sensible layby where he flagged us down, saving us from queing up at the set down point. Have used chauffer service before and this was as good as any. Didn't have to wait at all. Lovely.

I cannot do anything than say how brilliant this service is. We were met within seconds of our arrival at the airport by someone who knew exactly what they were doing - what a simple and efficient way of arranging parking. On our return we landed at 9.50 and by 10.30 we had collected our luggage, cleared customs and were leaving the airport in the comfort of our own car. Brilliant! Thank you - I'll never park anywhere else.

The difference between parking your own car and getting a shuttle to the terminal and the Meet and Greet that we had was well worth the difference in payment. I would advise anyone who has not tried it please do as it saves a lot of hassle.

The meet and greet service was excellent. The reps were there when they said they would be and I was in the terminal immediately. Would recommend this service.

The service was really good. The only thing I would suggest is calling them just before you enter the car park complex as otherwise you have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for them to arrive.

The driver was with us within 2 minutes of our arrival at the airport. A friendly member of staff took our car away and when returning and calling the office while collecting our luggage the car was waiting for us in the car park. Definitely worth the £73.00 as travelling with a small child, buggies and extra luggage the hassle was taken out of the situation. Highly recommended company - will use again.

I booked the meet and greet service with Central Car Storage and was very pleased with the punctuality of the staff. The driver picked up my car within 10 minutes from phoning and 5 minutes from phoning on my return. Overall, great service.

Really good, no hassle service, drivers friendly and obliging. Car a little dirty on return, but would expect this if left in an open parking area. Will definitely use this service again.

It made the whole trip much quicker, with no worries about waiting for a bus to take me to the car park. A quick call whilst at passport control, and on leaving the airport the car is waiting for you.

Excellent service, driver waiting when I arrived, very courteous. Same on return journey. Saved all the hassle of going to the car park, getting on a coach etc. Probably saved me one hour on my journey times.

Travelling with a disabled mother and an excited 5yr old son, this was the ideal solution to our airport parking. Certainly sets you off to a good start with no waiting around and struggling with luggage on packed buses and gets you on the road quickly on your return home. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I can honestly say that I always use valet parking when I fly abroad. Having used this system with different companies at Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted, Central Meet and Greet at Luton could teach all the other companies how to do it properly. Simply the BEST!!

Saves time and effort when 'going', and following a 'long day' when returning to Luton it's a bonus to simply get in your car outside and go. Particularly when returning to our unpredictable weather after enjoying the sunshine.

The internet booking procedure was easy and quick. As we had to check in at 5am, I chose the Meet & Greet Service because I didn't want to be messing around parking the car and then having to get a bus to the terminal, as I would have had to start out even earlier from the West Midlands. The gentleman I called as we were nearing the airport was very cheery and pleasant, and another gentleman was waiting for us as we arrived. On our return, again a gentleman was there waiting for us with our car, and we were actually on our way back up the M1 within half an hour of getting off the plane. Excellent service and I would certainly recommend Central Car Storage to others. I will be using the Meet & Greet Service in the future for sure. Many Thanks.

We were travelling with our elderly mother and her friend and although more expensive than off airport parking it was the ideal solution for us. It worked perfectly. The driver was professional and polite. I would recommend this service and will use it again.

The gentleman who picked my car up filled me with confidence that my 'pride & joy' would be looked after. Like a number of people who have, or are looking into using this service, one of their concerns may be fears over dents and scratches, especially on big shiny (unmarked) alloy wheels. Speaking from my own personal experience I can say that that there was not a mark, so I was very happy. Also being able to watch the chap drive away and back to the terminal later on, also gave me confidence that my vehicle was in safe hands. Thank you.

This was the first time I used this type of service and it was excellent. The driver was there within seconds of my arrival at departures and was again there within a few minutes of my arrival at arrivals. You couldnt ask for better. Well worth every penny.

I found that booking was very easy and all members of staff very helpful. My car was collected promptly and returned to me within minutes of my telephoning on my return to this country. The attendant returning the car was extremely helpful in assisting in the loading of the luggage.
