I always use airport lounges when I travel long distance and when I read the reviews and the fact alcoholic drinks were not included I did try to cancel but was too late. Glad I didn't as for £20 it was an absolute bargain. Yes it's a bit tired but clean and wonder what life styles some people lead that causes complaints about the shower facilities. They were lovely, clean and no queues. Oh snd although it was the morning snd therefore alcohol was not wanted prices were pretty reasonable especially compared to charging £9 for a glass of wine outside the lounge. Would def use again.

I am really sorry I paid for such a bad experience. Food not good - no wine available & the loung area over crowded it was also not clear or well kept with one in attendance to refresh the room. too may people in a very samll space no private or quiet arear available. There seemed to be a shared bathroom area which was not nice Regards Lee-Anne Allan

The ambassador lounge is very popular. on my return trip the area with the refreshment was entirely occupied, the other areas still had some room.

Area needs upgrading as seats worn, stained and uncomfortable. Better more comfortable chairs in the main terminal areas. Massage chairs also available outside of lounge...would be nice to include 1-2 in the lounge. Food basic but edible...a selection of sandwiches would be nice to have available. Shower area very nice and extremely clean, great area. Overall, rather disappointed in the lounge, wouldn't book again unless area upgraded but will pay separately to use the shower again.

We used the lounge for a 3 hour layover on the way out and for 5 hours on the return leg. We found it functional, but not comfortable. Showers were clean and hot. Food was limited and alcoholic drinks expensive. Service was great from one particular lady (on both visits) who really cared about service, but when she left, the tables were left with dirty plates and glasses for hours.

A refreshing shower, hot food and a relaxing read of the paper away from the rush of the airport are a must for any travelor.

There were very limited facilities and no departure screens. The airport itself has plenty of outlets and comfortable seating, so I don't think it isworth the additional expense of paying for lounge access

I needed this shower after the long flight and had expected something special. But it didnt live up to expectations. Had to queue...only one set of showers open. A towel was provided and there was a pump dispenser for shower gel. No hanger to hang your clothes on just a door hook. The body lotion was available at the mirrors in the vanity area. Do you put your body lotion on fully dressed.!!!!!! The armchairs were comfortable....a dispenser was available for tea/coffee and a toaster and small pieces of swiss roll were on hand. I am sure I could have got a shower elsewhere for less and have seen it advertised for £8 in fact .

We had a 5 hour connection wait in Singapore and the Ambassador Travel Lounge provided a comfortable place to pass the time and freshen up for the second part of our journey to Brisbane. Showers were clean and powerful with plentiful hot water. The choice of food and drinks available were limited, but the buffet table was constantly being replenished while we were there and tables were cleared of used plates and glasses very quickly. This is a value for money lounge and we would use it again.

The reception was cool and we were given little information etc. The place is quite aged and hard to find a really relaxing chair. The tables were too close together to allow us to spread out, not what we wanted after a long flight. The food choice was very poor with dry small sandwiches, tasteless cakes and very little European food when most of the clients were from this region. Showers good but mixed toilet facility off putting to us.

It was nice to have a shower, but I found this lounge rather shabby - dirty, stained seats, an unpleasant musty smell near the drinks dispenser, very ordinary food and drinks selection. Given there are such nice public and free places at Changi, I think the Ambassador should lift its game. The transit lounge in Terminal 1 is quite a lot better.

While overall the experience was good, the staff for food service seemed overworked. The shower facilities were most welcome

Having a quiet place to take a shower, get a coffee and a bite to eat between two long haul flights made a huge difference to body and soul! I definitely recommend spending your transit time in this haven.

The lounge was comfortable and food and drink were well provided. The chairs were not very comfortable considering I wanted to relax as I was using the lounge very late at night. The staff were not overly friendly but they were not rude.

No one clearing away used dishes etc Strange arrangement of seats not making movement easy within lounge. Desk not continually manned. No alcoholic drinks included in price. Unbelievable when compared to everywhere else in the world. Let's maximise money from customers is obviously the motto.
