Helpful staff. Lounge quite small and food limited but tasty. Toilets and showers excellent and my daughter had a massage and my wife a manicure which they enjoyed. The prices for those treatments were reasonable.

Long walk to lounge. Very good, showers, loos, gym and free internet. Tea, coffee and soft drinks provided but alcohol drinks expensive.Food was very Asian and no European food provided except toast! Would not use again as facilities in the aiport itself were better. Felt that other lounges I have used for the same price were superior. Very disapointed

We went into the airport lounge after a 11 hour flight, the staff were very helpful from the minute we went in . The lounge facility was comfortable with plenty of room , the showers were lovely, clean and plenty of hot water. The food provided was tasty and there was plenty of it, with it being replenished all the time. We will defineteily use this facility again

Was very dissapointed on my return flight with the selection of food. Whether it was because it was 9.30 in the evening.

We booked so we could have a shower & sit and relax with a glass of wine or beer and have a chat. We did not require food as they feed you non stop on the flight so we were dissapointed to find that we had to pay for our drinks even though when we booked on the internet it stated all drinks (Including) Alcohol were included .....then we were told the fine print said we had to pay. So it ended up being quite an expensive cool shower. I would not recommend the use of the Transit Lounge at all. I think you webpage needs to be updated with the correct information.

It was lovely to have a quiet place to go between flights. I had a shower, relaxed without worrying overly about my belongings. I was able to lean back and close my eyes, have a snack and a drink in a peaceful space. I bought a glass of wine, and thought it was rather expensive. Also, the food range was quite minimal.

Having used airport lounges belonging to airlines we had a certain expectation of the transit lounge but also understood it would probably not provide all the services we were used to. However the lounge at Singapore airport was small, the seating was crowded and not particularly comfortable, the food was limited and not particularly enticing, and if you wanted a shower you had to pay extra for it. Therefor we did not feel we got any real value for paying for our time here.

Overall, a good lounge. The front desk staff look bored and surly, but the lounge itself (for a generic airport lounge) is good. Was irritated that a glass of wine or whisky would cost me $5 a time - airside is duty free and that's just a rip off.

Great showers, plenty of space and hot water and they were spotless. Clean good quality towels provided. Food was quite limited. I would have liked some savoury snacks; there was a limited choice of hot food available but only sweet snacks, no crisps, crackers etc. Lounge was quite comfortable but not many seats in a fairly small space which could cause a problem if it was busy. No flight information in lounge. Staff just admitted people at the front desk and you were left to find things on your own after that. There were massage and hairdressing facilities available at an extra cost.

The waiter was really nice and very chatty, the food could have been better, food in the Lounge in Heathrow was much better.

The lounge provides comfortable shower rooms and a comfortable lounge with buffet food. Access from the airport mall is easy. This something we would do again if we had 4-5 hours wait for a connection.
