The lounge was quiet and relaxing. The staff made sure that used crockery and food was cleared away promptly. All staff were very polite and efficient. However, despite notices all over the lounge requesting people not to sleep this was blatently ignored and the rule not enforced. On both our outgoing and incoming flights we had difficulty finding a place to sit due to the numbers of people sprawled out on couches and doubling chairs up to make into a bed and when asked to make room were quite despondant at being asked and even refused to make room. We paid for the use of the lounge and expected to at least be able to sit down!!!

The Marhaba Lounge is comfortable but you get so little time in it (especially for early morning flights) that you're better off booking the airport hotel or sticking with the recliners found around the airport.

Dubai airport can be very busy, so it was nice to have somewhere nice to hide out. The food was good, hot food and cold food as well as a good selection of drinks. Unfortunately there are only two toilets and no showers so if you need somewhere to freshen up after a night flight you have to wait for a long time for the toilets to free up. There are many comfy sofas, however if its busy and the only seats are the ones overlooking the shops its very loud with the tanoy going off every 30 seconds with flight calls in two languages! There are also two Marhaba lounges in the airport which we were not aware of, unfortunately for us the one we didn't go to looked a lot better than the one we did. The walks to the gates are extremely long (on the website it advertises golf buggies to take you through to the gates but these didn't seem available and were not offered either). To be honest, if you only have a couple of hours then it's probably not worth the lounge. The airport has plenty of shops to look around and loungers to lie on near your gates.

If you have a long trasit time, than you can relax here. We bocked the lounge for 3 hours but a longer stay was not a problem. Sometimes the lounge was very crowded.

The furniture in the lounge looked very "tired" and worn compared to the airport. Difficult to find socket to charge phone(there are ample charging stations outside of lounge) and despite sign saying people were not to sleep on the sofas or put their feet on the furniture there were people stretched outon sofas, one man with his socks of and the receptionist and catering staff just ignored them. wouldnt bother using this lounge again unless standard improved.

Relqaxing but very crowded in Terminal 3. Better anyway than being around in the very business Terminal itself. No massage chairs like in Doha (Oryx Lounge). No showers.

The lounge is clean but at midnight, it becomes rather souless. No selection of wines othere than the colour but staff are very friendly and helpful. Oh, and I particularly liked the various sockets to suit all kinds of electronic equipment.

I had a 4 hour stopper over in Dubai. This lounge was a great escape from the bustle of the airport, just upstairs but quiet and relaxing. Food was fine and plenty of drinks. Good wifi (free). Safe to leave belongings while using facilities etc as v secure.

Apart from another customer near us who took his shoes off and put his filthy barefeet up on the table, the experience was excellent, relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you.
