Friendly staff Food was satisfying, although more variety would have been nice Airport noise was distracting, a sleeping area without the noise would have improved the experience. Overall a positive experience

I was travelling alone & it was really nice to have the lounge where I could be safe & comfortable until my next flight. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone I know who is travelling.

It was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. The refreshments and service was excellent. Will surely be booking my space at the Marhaba Lounge on my next trip through Dubai.

If you don't have an access to Business or First Class lounges, it is a sort of equivalent at minimum level. Definitely, you do not feel at home, but at least in descent interior with more privacy and reasonable food and drink buffet available. I don't regret, and I would recommend it with a condition that you will not expect comfort at its best. Just descent, comfortable enough place to wait for your flight.

I use the Marhaba Lounge as it suits my needs with my 6 hour wait before onward travel.

space was a little crowded it seemed, clean and everyone was very helpful

Dubai airport is vast - we had to keep asking for directions to lounge but once found no problem, as is always the case in dubai staff were very attentive and choices of hot or cold food were good and plentiful. We waited and waited for our flight to be called and eventually asked the receptionist to confirm that the board was updating - her reply was that the flight was boarded and the gate about to close!! Panic!! We ran to the gate - it seemed miles but we got there to find the flight hadn't even started to board - just be aware !

We met up with a group we were traveling with for a medical mission in Bangladesh. There was room for us all to sit and visit. Good place for some quiet.

We stayed in Marhaba lounge for 4 hours and there were enough empty seats from 3.30 -5.30,but then it was quite busy and crowded.Food and drinks were ok.Our overall impression:it was worth the money.

Did what it said on the tin. I had a 3 hour stop between flights and at midnight the lounge was a nice place to relax, get some breathing room and have a bite/drink. easy to find, easy to use and worth the money imho.

being a single elderly traveller with a long wait between planes it was ideal. it was comfortable and well worth the money paid

It was fortunate to have found the link to book the lounge online in advance in order to make the required reservation. After a 13 hr flight escaping the crowds at Dubai airport and being able to relax and have breakfast in a peaceful environment was wonderful. I highly recommend this service.

I have been traveling through Dubai for last 5 years as a transit, and only this time in 2012 December that I was able to stay in Marhaba airport lounge for a short lay over. And the experience was awesome, all products, service, etc... were great. Thank you and very much appreciated. Highly recommend...

The place was too packed as it was difficult to get a seat, so getting a bit of food or a drink was a problem (should not have been). The food was OK but nothing special. The place was clean. I was 5 hours in the airport and hence managed to get an hours sleep in a chair, however for shorter stop overs I would prefer to go to a restaurant or cafe where you for similar price can get better food and a chair.

Rather busy and many later arrivals had nowhere to sit. The chairs in the Dubai airport corridors were much more comfortable than those in the lounge,although this may be intentional

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with the Mahaba Lounge. The facilities were poor and non more so than the Toilet facilities, which were inadequate. There were no shower facilities. Seating wss not particularly comfortable, the lounge was crowded, there were problems with the drinks machines and the selection of food was limited. The lounge does not match the Business Class lounges of most airlines and was not worth the money!

The lounge was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of snacks and drinks were available to us. As it was the middle of the night when we arrived we managed to get some sleep. The stafff were very helpful and we wouldnt hesitate to book it again when we have a few hours stop over with flights.

Satisfactory - however some pastries could be added to the buffet. On the whole though a very welcome refuge from the busy airport. thank you.

The lounge wasn't bad but there was a very big lack of seats. My friend and I had to share a seat and take turns to sit and eat. Food was ok but it's not ideal when you can't find a seat to sit down and enjoy it properly

I checked in at 02:00 for the regulated 5 hour stay. At this time the main lounge at Term 3 was almost empty and very comfortable. Food at the Buffet was simple but well presented, fresh and tasty. Unlimited beverages and spirits (small selection) were also available. Free wifi working well and lounge tables were regularly cleared and serviced by helpful staff. However, by 05:00 the lounge was overcrowded and I actually decided to leave so as to give my table and seats to a young couple with a baby so they could rest comfortably. There were 20 or 30 travellers at any one time needing to stand and attempt to eat and drink within the lounge. Perhaps the addition of some high level tables that could be stood at would be a short term fix to this particular problem.
