Bad points: Not enough seats. Limited selection of food. Very busy. Very hot. Good points: Toilets were very clean. Tables were cleared promptly.

Quite busy but we managed to find seats (there were 2 of us) nice to be in a quieter space and the food and drinks really hit the spot!

Sometimes there are too may visitors ( especially between 00.00 and 03 o,clock), and you have too few chairs, that is a pity, and the management should take care of that situation.

The lounge was hard to find even with the direction supplied. Seats were very hard to find and as I was travelling on my own and had no-one to mind a seat when I went to get some of the food supplied so therefore I had to stand to eat. Food was only average. Service at the desk was slow lounge personal were to busy chatting to attend to customers.

On arrival I was asked for my booking form. I was then told 'you must leave in 4 hours, right?' I felt very unwelcome. As it was 1.00am I asked if there were any reclining chairs and was told 'no, you must sit here' I later saw that there were indeed some recliners but for some reason not for me to use! When I went to the restaurant area I sat down to eat and noticed a bag under an unoccupied table. I told a waiter who went to tell someone else but nothing was done. I asked if they were going to do anything and was told 'it's no problem'. At this point I decided to leave the lounge and went to tell someone outside the lounge about the bag but don't know what happen after this. I will not be using this service again.

We had a very long wait for connecting flight so were very disappointed to have to wait for seating to become available. The food was very average although the buffet style food was changed for fresh during our stay

As soon as we arrived at the lounge, we knew we were in for a shock. We were looking forward to relaxing and unwinding before a long flight home. The food on offer consisted of pasta (with no sauce), dried out vegetarian sandwiches and peanuts! Not exactly worth the money. As for the location, not very lounge like at all. More a high school canteen situated above the main walkway through the airport. Not peaceful or relaxing at all. Very disappointed and money well wasted. Will not be booking this lounge again!

If you have to spent couple of hours at the airport Marhaba Lounge is a great place to have some peace and quiet after you do all the duty free shopping. It is a welcoming oasis which will enable you to relax waiting for your next flight. I would deffinitely use it during my next flight. The food selection was ok - there was soup, several hot dishes with both meat and vegetarian options, rice and noodles, vegetables, desserts, fruits, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffe and plenty of nice alcoholic beverages which is not exactly what you crave between long flights but it is a matter of taste. There were newspapers and magazines in english, french and arabic. not to many but still if you are bored it willhelp you kill time. when i got to the lounge about 10.30 pm it was rather crouded, but by 11.30 pm it was half empty and really quiet. they dont announce flights in the lounge not to disturb passengers so you have to make sue you dont miss your flight. to sum it up - good option!

Any amount of drinks so that was fine. The best meal was breakfast .it became available at about 5am. Not much choice on the night time menu but ok for the price. All in all money well spent, Very quiet and peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of the airport.

A worthwhile add-on to avoid the hurly-burly of the vast shopping mall.Staff were helpful, but it could do with a separate area of loungers for people to sleep.

Travelling with two small children the lounge facilities were good being a secluded secure area. However, when we arrived (around midnight) there were no empty chairs although several sets of two chairs were put together and people were sleeping on them. There are signs forbidding this but people ignore them and the staff do not enforce the rule even when it is plain to see that new arrivals are walking around searching for an empty chair. This needs to be looked into and rectified.

Surly staff, bad or no Wi-Fi, not enough seats or toilets. One of 2 coffee machines broken on first visit and still broken 10 days later. Cold water served warm. No yoghurts on both occasions. A pretty poor experience. The only redeeming feature is that it is reasonably calm and quiet and away from the crowds.

The lounge is very good and comfortable, there is a large selection of drinks and snacks. The internet can become slow at times as the lounge was very busy, there are many seats with tables and some have charging points for laptops/mobiles. The only thing i would say is people lay down and sleep on the sofa's and chairs which mean no one else can sit on them, the staff dont seem to stop people from doing this.
