We booked the lounge to help us out during a wait between our arrival in Dubai at 1am and our departure at 7 50am. We were greatly disappointed. The lounge was busy with many people occupying two seats to recline. There were young children allowed to run around yelling while people who had paid good money tried to relax. Worst of all, I assumed that the lounge would be enclosed but was horrified to realise that it was open plan on the top floor with all the noise of the shopping concourse rising upwards. If this was not bad enough, we were constantly disturbed by the very loud tannoy system which seemed to be placed at the same height as the lounge. DO NOT GO !

- had a five hour stop-over and it allowed me to relax, catch up on email correspondence, have a leisurely breakfast and generally chill out. It had a peaceful atmosphere and I liked the fact that there were semi-private rooms for groups and families.the staff were pleasant, the place was immaculate. Good value.

I arrived at 2am. Managed to get the last two seats. Tables covered in dirty dishes and rubbish. Lots of people using two seats to sleep. Toilets not good. Food and drinks ok. I realise the lounge is being refurbished but it should be of a good standard when you are paying the normal price.

The food was very good, a great range and something for everyone. The facilities were busy which is what we had expected, regardless it was much better than being in the terminal. We did have to pay extra for showers which again is understandable. All in all it was worth it and we will book this lounge again.

Could do with proper facilities for putting your feet up. People were just putting their feet up on chairs thereby restricting the number of seats avaiable for sitting on. My wife and I were there for 4 hours due to a 6 1/2 hour wait for next flight. Booked in from 2.00 am.

The lounge was a little hidden and took a bit of time to find. The facilities were good although there were not enough couches to completely rest on, also there could be more variety for vegetarians, lactose intolerant, wheat intolerant diners. Finally, I had expected to be reminded of my flight by the attendants, which meant that I almost missed my flight.

As I said in summary. We had a job finding the lounge, it was not well signposted, and tucked away n a corner by duty free fragrances. Once inside was very comfortable and relaxing. Very nice when experiencing a long stop over.

A slightly unwelcoming atmosphere but comfortable enough to while away the time between flights. There was a good choice of food and drink but more advice could have been given for the first time traveller. Very busy at 2am which seemed unusual!

We struggled a little to find the lounge. Perhaps clearer instructions could be given to passengers in transit. Once we found it all was great.

I was expecting a more comfortable place to stay for four hours but was disappointed only a couple of chairs you could lay on the rest were just normal dinning/coffee lounge type of chairs. The food was very nice and people friendly. I paid £32 which was ok for what I got I suppose but not out of this world. Would I use the Marhaba lounge again, it would depend on the transfer time if only a couple of hours then no any longer then yes.

The facilities were below average, there was no shower, the toilets were minimal and there was no customer service apart from where can I get some more money.

I truly enjoyed the lounge chairs, although sleeping in them wasn't permitted. My last experience at Terminal 1 was somewhat better because of the liquor selection (I drink Jim Beam bourbon, which Terminal 1 had, but Terminal 3 didn't). The web site also says there's smoking area, like at the Terminal 1 lounge, but upon entry I saw that was not true. The food was ok, but a single parent sleeping in a corner while his two screaming kids ran from one end of the lounge to the other for hours took away from the experience. Overall, I wasn't impressed and won't be booking this lounge i the future.

Overcrowded, dated fit-out - abysmal Wi-Fi! For the money I would have been better off in one of the public bars.
