We did not drink alcohol and the food was extremely poor, not as advertised. Little choose of seating together. Many people drinking copious amounts of alcohol at 9.00am. Will not use again.

The lounge is badly in need of windows, its a bit like an old store room thats been converted into a makeshift lounge

As always nice relaxed experiance help yourself no queueing.Watch the televison or just read the papers available we always use the lounge its starts our holiday.

After i had eventually found the badly signposted lounge and checked in i found that the room was full and i had difficulty finding a seat,I spent an uncomfortable half hour in the lounge and in the end left. The staff member on the desk was friendly enough and i had no complaints in that direction. Denis G Tierney

Nothing about this lounge offered value for money. Basic cheese & biscuits, olives and small packets of hula hoops, and Luke warm soft drinks was the best "refreshments on offer" , this was a huge let down and incomparable to the lounge sandwiches, soups, cakes etc on offer in the lounge in terminal 1. We stayed approx 10 mins for a price of £45, appalling. Wont go back and will advise others not to either. A huge disappointment!

We booked the Lounge so we could arrive early to beat the queue at check-in and enjoy a leisurely wait for our flight with food and drink. However our experience was negative. On arrival, a queue to enter and an argument at the front of the queue from someone with a "priority pass" (presumably paid for)who was refused entry because it was so busy. The idea behind paying for an executive lounge is comfort and avoiding the melee but it was more crowded than the public areas. We just managed to get a bowl of soup before it ran out, but the rest of the food was packets of biscuits, nuts and crisps - also in short supply. The assistants were "going as fast as they could" to replenish. So, for our money: bowl of soup, a packet of biscuits and a coffee. We stayed 10 minutes, then went outside and had a very nice sandwich in one of the very nice restaurant areas. The Lounge appeared to be full of people wanting to get their alcohol levels up in anticipation of their holiday - no doubt value for money if that's what you want.

I have used the Styal lounge on several occasions, it does require some kind of food upgrade (which I would be glad to pay for at breakfast)It is a break from the hussle and bussle of the airport.

Helped time pass with wifi facility available although disappointed in the selection of drinks and snacks. Would however use again.

We will not fly again without using this service. Drinks range was excellent all quality products and snacks were delicious. The stay in the lounge was well worth the money and did feel like a VIP. Staff very attentive facilities including rest rooms first class

book the alternative lounges which provide better, nore substacial food ...

We arrived early hours about 4am ish, staff very welcoming and polite, any assistance needed was met without question. easy to find and food and drink was just right for us, some people did not seem happy, no idea what the problem was, at the price we paid it was an absolute bargain, they was just full of them selves moaning not enough toast, pathetic to say the least, The girls at the lounge did and do a fantastic job in busy periods, we are using again in 4 weeks, great place....thanks

Fantastic. Quiet relaxing, helpful but unobtrusive staff, good selection of drinks and snacks, comfortable seating. A great experience. I will definitely use again

One complaint that I need for you to be aware of the lounge ran out of croissants and bread rolls on asking the staff if there were any more I was told that none available so was very dissappointed with this -- thought that they could have got more supplies from the other lounges available, therefore myself and my party had to have biscuits which is not as substantial as bread.

Myself & 5 friends were taking a short trip to Ireland to celebrate my birthday & thought this would be a nice start to the break. We were met at the reception desk by a rather off hand female who quite frankly appeared to look down on us. We were dressed casual but smart & were polite throughout our visit but we were made to feel uncomfortable by the staff. We mostly enjoyed our visit but it would have been nice if there had been a little more choice of food for breakfast bacon/sausage sandwiches & possibly porridge. The choice of drinks both alcoholic & non alcoholic was good offering a wide range of choice. Despite the food choice & staff i do think it is value for money.

This drinks selection both alcoholic and non alcoholic was excellent, I feel the food choice could of been better with a selection of sandwiches and perhaps a facilty to make toast. Minus the kid running about would also have been a bonus.

So relaxing we had to rush through the duty free to make it to the boarding gate in time.

Views not as good as Bollin Lounge still a good place to relax before holiday
