The lounge was over booked with people looking for seats together. Chairs were being passed over our heads and there were so many children occupying seats. We always look forward to a relaxing time away from the busy terminal bars but were so disappointed. The bar was very busy and we missed the self service facility. People were having to stand at the bar due to the lack of seats causing a great deal of congestion to others wanting to be served and the food available was extremely limited. Our overall opinion was total disappointment and we are reluctant to book again in future.

This visit was much better than the last - my only issue with the lounge is the choice of food, sandwiches or something a bit better than soup and some tiny cheese & crackers would be appreciated. The service is good and the cleanliness excellent - it was quite packed when we arrived but became quiet quickly. The drinks on offer are fantastic too and if you like a drink you'll get your money's worth!

Nice lounge but the food lets it down, a warm slice of toast or even better a Bacon sandwich would be better received in the morning.

At first when we arrived the staff were very unfriendly. , they stated that we didn't have a reservation and suggested we went to another lounge.when I showed the staff my email they let myself and party through. There were hardly any variation on snacks , there were no individual packs of snacks etc. The beer ran out after one each and the only alternative was carlsberg. I handed a dirty plate to a nember of staff and her response was "it's being washed" no apology. I found the staff rude and unapproachable. I would definitely book the other lounge in future just due to poor customer service.

The reception lady was not friendly or helpful. The lounge was very full, and they seemed unable to keep up demand of the food and drink.

Peanuts & cheap booze. Ok value for money if you dont mind eating peanuts & drinking cheap booze.

For the early morning flight,the choices were crackers,cereals,and cakes.I understand the other lounges have a much better choice

The environment is lovely, calm, sophisticated and very pleasant in comparison to the airport area. The only disappointment we felt was that warm food would have been very nice and welcome for breakfast. The selection on offer was nice but cheese and biscuits at 5am doesnt appeal to everyone. Toast, tea cakes, bacon and sausage sandwiches would be very easy to be made available and I sure would be welcomed.

There used to be hot food; paninis and so on. Now, other than a sit down in a decent chair, there is little to justiify the additional expense.
