I have use the Long Stay park on many occasions and find it very conveniently located.

Easy to book and park. No problems on exit either. Easy service and transfers were spot on.

The confirmation email would benefit from making it clearer that drivers should go to the LONG TERM car park area.

Pleased in all ways. Good transfers, no damage to car helpful bus driver. Will use again.

The booking procedure was simple, upon arrival the barrier recognised the number plate and we drove straight to our parking space, unloaded and the bus was ready at the bus stop. Upon return the bus driver was friendly. I can not find fault in the service in any way and would recommend this as the easiest car parking at Gatwick. Far less hassle thansome off site car parks.

A very straight forward service, simple to administer and understand.Good value for money particularly on shorter breaks.

A good facility in which to leave one's vehicle without the worry of leaving the keys with disreputable operators.

Ok, but transfer bus was full so had to wait for next. This then snow balled down to the next set of passengers.

having the sticker on the barrier , saying you will be charged full price if you your ticket into the slot , is a bit daft since its not always possible to see it in time , the stick did not go up , three times we had to tell the guy there he made n o move to come out a correct , the delay so a good service was ,not given there but everything else was ok thks

I always use Flightpath for the north terminal for convenience and location and nearly always have a problem getting out through the barriers. Unfortunatley it was the number plate recognition machine which wasn't working properly again, which resulted in my having to reverse my car back from the barriers, get out of the car and go into the office to find out why they were asking me to pay a fee(which I had already pre-paid on line) The staff were very apologetic and explained that it was a technical fault. I would hope NOT to have the same problem when I use them again - which I shall regardless of the problems.

Our flight was late arriving and well after midnight. The barrier showed a very high charge due, but the man at the reception cleared it and issued another ticket. All very rapid.Thank you.

We have always used Flightpath NCP when travelling from Gatwick Airport and have always been happy with the service. We are completely assured that our car remains safe and secure whilst we are away on holiday and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

A bit dearer than some other alternatives but worth that extra in my view.

I was a little worried as I did not receive a confirmatory email. I was also caught out by the car's registration being printed on the reverse of the ticket. Other than that - no problems
