Only issue we had was on arrival when the instructions said we'd be directed to parking places as we arrived but in fact you drive through barrier and have to find signs to the area where parking is happening. Bus transfers worked well including for our midnight arrival back in UK. I would probably use again if flying from Gatwick.

Whole process so straight forward, every instruction was clear & accurate. A to B was hassle free. This is exactly what you want before a happy holiday or after a long journey back.

Booked on line, turned up earlier than stated in the booking but no problem. The only fault we found is that on our return to the car park, the driver of the coach calls out the stop he is approaching but you are not told you have to ring a bell for the coach to stop. Thus we missed our stop and had to walk further than necessary with our luggage.

Good off-airport parking. The staff at the office were particularly helpful after the reg-recognition failed to recognise my car (my own fault!!)

The whole experience was quick and easy. No problems with finding the car park, parked very easily, bus ready to take us to the airport in 2 mins and bus waiting on the return. What more could you want????!!!!!!

Did not recognise my car on entry and then machine told me I owed money on exit so was delayed leaving.

Car park for long stay was very easy to find and once on the site the available car park was very clearly displayed with easy direction arrows. Once parked it was only a 30 second walk to the nearest bus stop and the bus arrived within two minutes and dropped us right outside departures. No hassle or fuss at all, easiest transfer ever. On our return we left arrivals and were directed by clear signs the the longstay car park stop just outside arrivals to the left. Again a bus arrived within minutes and dropped us at the bus stop we had noted on our parking ticket. Seconds later we were back at our car and on our way home. This service is well worth the money for ease and hassle free parking of our car in a secure access controlled car park. I will have no hesitation in using it again. Fabulous.

Worked very well - close to the terminal, bus service frequent and convenient

The parking area was clearly marked, we found a parking space easily, close to the bus stop. Just a short wait for the next bus and in the terminal within minutes. On our return to the car park we found our car easily as the lanes are all numbered according to zone.

We were waiting for over 20 minutes on arrival at Gatwick and were passed by two Summer Special coaches before the Flightpath coach came. I actually asked the Summer Special driver if we were in the right place and at 5.30am in the morning with children and luggage - all you want to do is go home.

I was actually going to write a complaint letter as my party and I were quite annoyed at the length of time we had to wait at the airport on our arrival to Gatwick. Two of the Summer Special buses came before the Flightpath bus came and in fact, I actually asked the Summer Special driver, if we were waiting in the wrong place. We waited for over 20 minutes for the bus and at 5.30am with children and luggage, you just want to get back to the car. We have booked with you previously and have never had a problem, but this was an unacceptable length of time on this occasion.

Perfect choice with two little ones in tow - no fuss, no waiting, close to the terminal (2 mins on the bus)

I can't mark customer service as I didn't see anyone (other than driver). I was confused finding it as you say follow Long Stay Parking but not all the signs say that (I think they say "long term") so I wasn't 100% confident it was right. You also say it's an NCP car park but it doesn't say that at the entrance either so again I wasn't sure whether there was another Long Stay Car park that I had missed. Wasn't sure at all.

Nice and easy and punctual coaches for transits ... slight confusion at airport on return flight as it was not clear which bus was the shuttle so, buses could be clearer marked as we got three in quick succession and had to ask each time if we were on the right bus. To be fair, the third bus had "Long Term" as its sign (and was the right one); the previous two had somewhat ambiguous markings.

Proximity to terminal is important to me. I once used an "off airport" car park and it was difficult to find and a long way away.

I had a 12 hr overnight delay due to cancelled flight, but the guy on the reception waived the extra fee - thank you so much from a very tired traveller!

So easy to use, transfers were very good, security offered peace of mind. Would recommend this service.

One matter that requires your attention! the footpath (within section W at least) is formed within what used to be another parking bay, with 'zebra crossing' type of markings only on every other bay; many drivers park on the footpath making rather unpleasant moving with large suitcases in between cars. i guess a better demarkation should sort out the issue! best regards
