Easy to book with clear directions to parking site. However, I hadn't understood that if you have pre-booked with your car registration number, you don't press for a ticket but wait until the machine recocnises the booking and delivers the ticket. Pressing the button causes the system to assume you are a new customer and means you can't exit without visiting the parking centre to get the ticket validated. I'll know better next time!

I certainly prefer to be in charge of where and how I leave my car and know that it will be where I left it when I return without having to wait on anyone to deliver it to me.

We came out of the terminal and could find no signage for the coach stop to return to the car park. There was building work and possibly signs had been obscured or moved. We could find no-one to ask and eventually a bus driver pointed me in the right direction. The bus stops were totally unmarked. Then a bus for another parking firm came and stopped for some time at bus stop 2, where most people were waiting. A Flightpath coach pulled up behind and all the people from the back of the queue got on, filling up the coach, so that those who had been waitng longest were left behind to wait for the next bus. We were not the only people who were annoyed and confused. One of our party had sustained a broken rib on holiday, and he did not appreciate wandering around for ages looking for the bus stop, then being left waiting in the cold. When he spoke to the driver of the bus we eventually got on, complaining of the difficulty we had had in finding the stop, the driver told him rudely that the stops were marked. Well, the sign TO the stops was poor and any writing on the stops was only visible from close up, when you had actually found the stop, which was not easy. Everyone was complaining, it wasn't just us.

The procedures are simple, the transfers prompt, the staff helpful. My only criticism is that the spaces are not that wide, and if people do not park sensibly, it means that some spaces are lost or difficult to get into. Perhaps a seperate section for large 4X4 type vehicles would be sensible. Overall experience was good.

Simple to find, easy to use and worth the extra money to keep your keys. Bus transfers to the airport are regular and rapid, be sure to note which stop you get onto the bus at.

Good staff, buses, lighting, punctuality, value for money but my car was there for 5 days in the snow and they hadn't made any effort to clear the snow in the car park. Im not sure if it is duty to but just saying...It made the car park dangerous and slippery which could potentially cause an accident.

I found the carpark very easy to find and its so handy to have the free shuttle but which takes you promptly to the North Terminal. Great when you have cases and children! Great price I only paid £9.50 for the day (went to lapland for day trip which is so expensive, so relieved to get parking sorted at at reasonable price and very convienient)

We had problems finding the car park, and then when we arrived our number plate was not recognised so we ended up with a ticket with the wrong registration number. However the staff were helpful and sorted it quickly and efficiently. Some signposts to this specific car park would be helpful.

Staff, parking etc were fine, but the transfer from airport to car park was marred because not sign-posted sufficiently so I ended up on the wrong bus, even after asking for help from an airport official, who obviously did not know the right bus stop to go to either. Please clarify which bus-stop to wait at, for returning passengers who may well be tired and disorientated after a long flight.

Finding the site was straight forward with the directions given, unfortunately the signs to open parking areas appeared a little confusing. The coach stop was fairly close by and we were at the airport entrance in very little time. On return a transfer coach was there in less than a couple of minutes, that was good, as it was zero degrees and frosty. Having pre-booked tickets made getting in and out straight forward.

You find your carpark, take your ticket, find a space, catch a bus to the terminal and then do exactly the same when you return and it's as simple as that. Worth the peace of mind. The only strange this is when i left the car park it gave me somebody elses ticket which I don't understand but maybe that was just a glich!

Very frequent service - well signed posted - parking ticket has boxes to complete with row number etc for when you get back!

Only issue I had (and seemed like many of us) is that the card does not automatically let you out the boom & you need to go into the reception to get them to clear your card. Otherwise a very simple car parking solution

Number plate read, since printed on ticket, but did not link to pre-payment system. Had to back out and go to pay desk. No saving on pre-payment compared to arriving at the car park!

All went to plan except for checking-out - computers were down and the gates would not accept any pre-paid tickets, meaning everyone had to go to the Service Desk to have their tickets stamped to exit.
