I visited this lounge already many times and it is always an oase of relaxing.

This is a comfortable lounge with excellent facilities for relaxing, showering etc. Good provision of beverages and snacks. Reasonable value for money

shower clean, area clean, there was very little food ( only a couple of snacks ) but plenty to drink. money well spent if you have to layover at Johannesburg airport.

It was very peaceful and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere. Smoking lounge was very good - very few in it, so don't know how smoky it could get. My only criticism was the range of food, but even that was pretty OK. Good range of drinks. I didn't see any showers, but wasn't really looking. I would definitely use it again.

We visited in the evening when the lounge was very quiet, there were comfortable seating areas and the lounge was clean however the selection of food available was very average, there was no white wine and it was difficult to find a member of staff to bring out a bottle.

Have been to a few splendid club lounges which are perhaps more glamorous, but Bidvest in JoBurg was more than adequate, comfortable, good food and drink, quiet and not over crowded

Good choice of food. Plenty of comfortable chairs, didn't find the showers. Would certainly use again.

The lounge is of a good size, it could probably hold a few hundred people. We visited it twice on our trip - once it was 20% full (9am-11am) and the other it was 70% full (5-8pm). There is free wifi, tv screens showing various channels, charging points, showers, many different types of seating: easy chairs, dining chairs, desk chairs. The food and drink was mixed - In the morning there were muffins, croissants, tomato topped with cheese and garlic bread with potato wedges. In the evening the food was a lot better - mixed salad, antipasta, mini pies, muffins again. The bar was only open in the evening. One disappointment was the water dispenser was empty during both visits and wasn't re-filled even when the staff were asked. Overall a good experience and worth the money to get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport - especially if transferring for a few hours.

As regular travellers to S.Afica we always use the lounges i.e both domestic and international. The staff are very friendly and it's the ideal place to relax and to freshen up especially after a night flight and before travelling to our final destination. The food and drinks provided cater for most tastes, and suit the time of day.

We had 5 hours to spare in Johannesburg after a long overnight flight from London.Bidvest Premier Lounge was a nice place to relax before our next flight. Clean with good choice of food and drinks.

Well set up lounge except no gluten free food being readily available.

Great facilities. Nice choice of food & drinks. Plenty of space to relax & prepare. NOT crowded. Bidvest need to address the voucher system for those travelling in Africa without Internet access. Prepayment is prepayment & the submission of a voucher should not be necessary.

Enjoyed being able to have a shower, get a ride to eat and put my feet up in the comfy lounges. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling long distances.

Nice, clean, spacious Lounge. Good selection of food available for breakfast and dinner with a self serve drinks area. Lots of power points to charge you laptop etc. and free wifi available. Well serviced shower facilities and towels available on request. Centrally located to shops and short walk to most gates

Very nice area to relax in prior to our flight. Food and drink were all of very good quality. Well worth the visit....would use again

Great but needs better seals on smoking room door (or an airlock) as I could smell quite a lot of it.

The lounge was peaceful and relaxing. Although the televisions were on, they were not obtrusive. We were a little disappointed in the range of snacks available, but the range of drinks were good. Although not smokers ourselves, it was nice that there was a separate smoking lounge for those traveller's who do smoke.

Shortage of certain food items and general standard no where near as good as other lounges I have used.

Relaxing way to pass the time whilst waiting for one's flight. Will do it again.

this is the 4th time we have used this lounge and it never fails to impress. The facilities are excellent and the staff helpful and pleasant. We would not hesitate to recommend it.
