Hello. I booked on line, but did not have access to a printer. While I copied my confirmation number, it was not sufficient enough, and I had to open my personal computer at the reception desk (fortunately, I had it with me), look up the reservation/confirmation number, SEND it to the reception desk, so that they could print it and truly confirm my reservation number. Really. What a crazy waste of time, when all it should have taken was the receptionist to be able to look up my confirmation number and at the most, check my identification. And she wasn't very friendly about the entire procedure, either. Overall, the lounge itself was very nice, and everyone else was quite friendly. The food selection could have been better, and a nice soup rather than ramen noodles that needed to be microwaved would have made the available food a bit more inviting. The best part was the ability to be able to take a shower before a long flight and an impending long layover after that. Thanks so much for this great courtesy. I would recommend this facility to others, and would return again if I have another long layover in Johannesburg. Thank you.

After some years of difficulties to find the different lounges, now everything was signposted and simple to find. I like that lounge and will come back to it.

Relaxed with a nice chilled glass of wine and some nibbles in comfortable surroundings. Boarded the flight unstressed.

The quiet ambience and availability of unlimited refreshments make for a pleasent experience.

My two visits to the Bidvest Lounge were excellent in every way. On my return flight I availed myself of the shower facilities - rather like a good hotel bathroom with all the extras. Food selection was limited but very good. All in all, an 'investment' at only £20. I have passed on this information to the agent who arranged my trip to Botswana.

Comfortable, well laid out, good selection of food and drink, not overcrowded

We spent over 2 hours here while waiting to board out flight to the UK. It is a very pleasant area, air-conditioned, good lighting, plenty of sockets, & a great wifi signal. Newspapers were available too. The refreshments very nice, though a few more options from the hotplate would be good. It is a spacious area, with a variety of comfortable seating, We will use again.

Excellent facilities that made our long wait for our flight a pleasure and really impressed with quality of the hot and cold snacks.

Clean, comfortable and much better than being stuck in the terminal. Worth every penny

With a long stop over in J'berg, this haven was a life saver especially when you are tired. One of the best I have been to and absolutely miles ahead of anything that Heathrow offers.

We spent almost three hours in the lounge. Good food and a relaxing drinks. Access to wifi, newspapers and magazines. Good to get away from the stress and noise in the departure hall.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 hours in the lounge. Showers were spotless and very spacious. Lounge chairs were aplenty and very comfortable. Food was adequate as a snack and plenty of different types of drinks from non alcoholic, tea, coffee etc and plenty of alcoholic beverages. Thanks again. I will definitely be back and a great find.

Had 13 hours in Johberg This place allowed me to have some much needed rest

A bit more viarity of food would have helped. WIFI not working is a big problem these days. It is expected as standard rather than an extra

wireless was not universally available throughout the lounge and was quite slow variety of food not great

Wifi was not available for whole visit,which is primary reaso my husband and I bought entrance to the lounge. Also, both being vegetarians the food choices were very poor and milk was curdled, coffee machine not working. Lastly I found it rather unpleasant seeing 3 airport staff sitting outside of the lounge entrance sitting on the floor eating their home made foods( very smelly). £40.- for this particular experience was too expensive

Extremely relaxing and comfortable. Worth booking into if you have a few hours to wait on your connecting flight.

Certainly recommended for any longer wait over to refresh and brace oneself for the rest of the journey when traveling overseas.

The international section of JNB O R TAMPO is virtually catering free. Outside of the lounge there are a number of bars, poor quality food court and the worlds slowest burger chef. That makes the Bidvest Premier Lounge essential; whilst no full meals were available there were some very acceptable snacks and drinks. It was good value and the peace and quiet prior to our flight was so good.
