we were very happy with parking.car was running and nice and warm on a very cold night.very easy to find.have paid a lot more for same service.

A good service provided 24 hours a day makes this one of the best car parks serving the airport. As promised they collect you from the airport when you arrive back. I have used this company several times and will continue them again. Thanks

I've used this carpark about 4 times now, the phone call when arriving back sometimes not best but acceptable. Signposts to find carpark could be improved. There has never been any problem with the car when arriving back.

Easy to find. We stayed at the Travelodge about a mile away the night before. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car was waiting on arrival back. Transfers were immediate, safe and quick. Great value for money - Would recommend to anyone.

We arrived back at Edinburgh airport at 1:30 AM on 20th Dec 2009 and had only to wait about 5 minutes before the transfer bus arrived to take us back to the Park and Fly car park. The outside air temperature was Minus 5 Celsius at the time. Our car was running and waiting with the heater switched on and had been cleared of snow which had fallen at Edinburgh during the previous afternoon. Altogether an excellent service and very good value for money.

Easy to use, easy to find & close to the airport. Add in the cheap price - great!

On arrival we were immediately taken to the airport in a comfortable vehicle. On our return there was a slight delay waiting on our pic up when it did arrive it ment that there were numerous other people in the que who all dedided to try and race to the mini buses wehich caused a bit of a problem as we had our cases on the bus but there were no seats left as people just got on the bus where or not there cases were actually on that bus

arrived at 4am. van sitting waiting to take to airport on arrival on the folling saturday had to wait 5 minutes again van came on time recommened this compny no problems.

Directions to find the car park were a bit misleading but once we found the place the guys were very efficient. They took my keys and I was on the minibus and on my way to the airport in 2 minutes. On the way home we waited only a few minutes for the minibus and when we got back to the carpark my car was parked out front with the engine running and the heater on. Excellent! Cannot fault Park & Fly Edinburgh. Will definitely use again.

As i arrived the bus had just left, but the lady behing receiption called it back and picked me up! I couldnt really ask for a better service. Thank you very much!

Takes slightly longer to transfer to and from the airport so allow a few extra minutes. Good value

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the car was secure and we had plenty of time to catch the flight. It was grand.

We found the site reasonably easily. We were dealt with quickly when we dropped the car off and were delivered promptly to the airport. We had a longer wait for the transfer back to the site on our arrival back but it was only 10-15mins. Thereafter it was very quick and as we were heading north were delighted to be onto the motorway so quickly.

The car park staff were most efficient and I was transferred to and from the airport very promptly. I will certainly use this facility next time I travel.

Remember to look for McDonalds when exiting motorway then best of luck as no signs after this of any help.

I like Park and Fly Edinburgh as they are friendly, punctual and treat your things with respect. I regularly fly and when I first scouted around for the best place and price I had some iffy experiences. One place, very near the aiport, Scotfly (?) had a dog that launched itself at me as I entered their portocabin. I would never use them again. Just after that I chanced across Park and Fly. They got to know me and would always remember who I was when I booked (even though my flights were irregular) I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first visit to your car park and I must say I'll be back! The service was great, the staff was helpfull, the service was quick and I only had to wait a couple of minutes for the mini bus to pick me up after my return flight. On my arrival, I literally parked up at the front and handed my keys over, once I returned my car was in the same spot ready to go. The only "down side" was the state of the car park, not that it was dirty or untidy, it is just in need of a good "re-fit". Saying that, however, I wasn't staying in the car park, the car was!! Very pleased.

directions to car park very easy to follow. The young guy in the office was very helpful & cheerful even at 4.30am! Bus arrived to pick us up within minutes of us arriving at pick up point and our car was waiting for us. Very quick,easy and efficient. Would defintally use again. Good value for money.

a late adjustmen to our booking was handled swiftly over the phone. Well done all,will use again.

Friendly staff & quick transfer to airport. Bit of a scrum to get on the return bus (driver could have list of names to prevent this). Main issue was when I went to 'office' to collect my car key on return.... told that car had keys in it with engine running, just look for it outside! No control to prevent me (or anyone else) from taking my pick from the line of cars - just jump in & drive off in the dark (compound very poorly lit). Needless to say, I won't be using this place again!
