They did not charge for the 1 day extra we were away due to our return flight being cancelled

I dropped my car off and was taken straight away to the airport. When I arrived back at the pickup point at the airport I waited only 5 minutes and i was the only person to be picked up. Driver/Staff were very friendly and when I got to my car it had been started up so that the frost was clear. No problem reccomending them!

These guys are great - very helpful to me in making needed adjustments to my plans due to the weather.

These parking facilities were of an acceptable standard for the price paid. The transfer to the airport was immediate and the transfer back came within a few minutes of being phoned for. The car park seems quite secure and I had no qualms about leaving my car there. Don't expect any help with bulky baggage though, as several staff members stood in the door watching me try to heft my suitcases into the boot of my car (perhaps not a required service, but a common courtesy I thought?).

the service was very efficient and helpful the only sticking point was the directions to the site which were slightly ambigiuous this apart everything was fine

Despite the most appalling weather and the installation of really stupid road excavations leading to severe traffic build-up, our driver performed extra-ordinarily well to get us to the airport in time for our flight. The car was warmed up for our return and everything else appeared to be in good order.

Good reception, helpful staff atteded to luggage both outward & on return. Good to have the car heated up & ready to move away home on return especially as weather was very cold with ice conditions.Buses used for transporting to & from airport a little worn but did the job

Great location only 5 minutes transfer to airport. Staff friendly and went extra mile when in adverse weather conditions on return to car park all cars for uplift had been defrosted. Very competitive price. Would definately recomend!

No help from staff on arrival as they were trying to dig out cars from the snow Kept waiting for 30 mins for the bus to take us to the airport . On arriving back waited 30 minsin the snow for pick up bus although we were the only flight to arrive at that time. Car not ready although others were sitting with engines running. Kept in the bus nice and warm while the car was dug out and brought round defrosted.

Our flight was cancelled due to bad weather, so we did not get the opportunity to use Park and Fly Edinburgh this time. We booked with Park and Fly because of their excellent service on a previous occasion.

Both my car - and that of the other two people who left the airport that night with me - were not ready for collection. This, despite the fact that the correct date was clearly marked on the label attached to the key. This is not the first time that it has happened to me and the other chap in the van said it has also happened to him on a previous occasion. I realise it was a snowy day, but sitting for 30 minutes while they dug my car out of the snow on one of the coldest days of the year was not what I wanted to do at 8pm, especially after an hour or two's delay at the airport. I think the least they could have done was to call or email me and offer me an apology over this. Neither of which they have done. Despite them being the cheapest car park near Edinburgh, I will definitely be thinking twice about booking with them again in future.

Very pleased with this service,guys were very friendly on arrival,we travelled in the bad snow conditions and the guy on reception was really nice when we were not sure if the flight would go ahead,unfortunatly our flight was cancelled so i had to phone back and ask if we could get our car back out,they picked us up within 10 mins of phone call,and had our car ready.this has been the first time we found all the staff really helpfull and polite in doing there job at any airport parking,would recomend this company and will use again when in Edinburgh and also the prices were good.

5 miles from airport on a vacant lot. Hard to find. Cars did not have an individual bay but were rammed nose to tail like in a scrap yard. God help you if your car was in the middle, six other cars would have to be moved and this in 10 inches of snow. The place had not been ploughed, 5 days into the snowstorms. Staff were overwhelmed, stressed to hell and probably on minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. Other than that, an excellent place! Never again.

the best park and fly i've been 2, and i go 5 times a year abroad wouldn't park with anybody else great value for money

Booking was simple on line and directions to the parking facility were easy to follow.Transfer to the airport was speedy and efficient.The return transfer involved a significant wait for the coach and two arrived together on a very cold evening.Howeve,our vehicle was at the reception area warmed up for our departure which made up somewhat for the longish wait at Edinburgh airport.Overall,a good experience and we will use again if price remains competitve

Perfect location close to edinburgh airport, but signposting if possible could be a little bit better for those that do not have satnav. From arrival at parking to drop at airport and reverse--excellent prompt service. Would use this car park again.

Have used Park and Fly twice. I will be using them again if we fly from Edinburgh in the summer. Friendly staff and reliable service.

At the beginning I was straggling to find the parking -sign is small and almost invisible. On the way back my car was brought to parking very quick which was good.

We parked our car, handed in our keys, got given a smile and asked where we were returning from, climbed into the coach abd were off to the airport. It seemed to take almost no longer than its taken to type!! Excellent service, the car was ready and waiting for us on our return. The keys in the car just ready to put into the ignition. I checked odometer, you hear horror stories of cars being 'borrowed' but it was exactly the same as when we left it. I have used park and fly at least a dozen times and the only thing else i would consider is leaving my car behind and getting a lift!!!
