Handled our last-minute change to an earlier return flight without fuss. The transfer bus was waiting at arrivals and it's only 5 minutes from there to the car park. It's en route to the M9 and Forth Bridge anyway so it takes no longer overall than travelling in your own car. Pay attention to the warnings about SatNavs: just putting the postcode in a TomTom would leave you half a mile away. Instead aim for the junction of Newbridge Road & Chariot Drive.

Sign-posting for carpark requires much improvement; transfer minibusses do not cater sufficiently for disabled clients. Overall, however, good value for money with a helpful staff.

Excellent value for money, prompt transfers and just a few minutes from the airport. Car waiting on arrival at the car park. Have used twice and will definitely use again.

By far the best airport car parking service we have used. Will certainly use again if flying from Edinburgh! Couldn't fault the service and very reasonably priced.

Very efficient but make sure that you follow the directions shown in their website rather than the ones that Google Maps would give you. Trust me, I followed Google Maps directions and I ended up 10 min drive from the actual parking. Otherwise, it is very straight forward. Also, when you arrive back to Edinburgh, they pick you up and your car is waiting in the parking 2 steps away from where you get off the minibus.

Everything ran like clockwork. Will certainly use park and fly in the future.

When we arived back at airport we were left for around 15 minutes while first load of passengers were taken to car park. Not enough room in bus for all of us.

I stupidly thought that as a frequent previous user and the fact that I was booking in 2 cars for same times, I may have got a reduced price. More expensive than ever. Doubtful if I'd use this service again.

So nice to come back and find your car waiting for you, unlike other car parks where you have to go and find where you've parked your car. Good value for money.

Car was very dirty and as it was after midnight I needed to clean windscreen this proved difficult with washers and really needed to be cleaned with wet rag.

Have used this company all the time when flying from Edinburgh as it is very convenient coming in from the west on the M8 and have never waited any more than 10 minutes on the transfer buses to take the short trip to the Airport. Staff park your car and have it ready with the engine running for you on your return. All the staff are very friendly and gfo out their way to help. Would not use anyone else for this type of service as extremely happy with this company

I have used this Park & Fly twice, once during the very bad snow conditions and found the service to be excellent on both occassions.
