Arrived at car park, cases immediately transferred to coach. Quick chat with receptionist and then transferred to airport within 5 minutes. On return, phoned from airport using courtesy phone, picked up by coach 10 minutes later, taken to car park where car was ready and waiting for us. Transferred suitcases from coach to car and drove off. All in all, an excellent service.

I liked the fact that the bus service was pretty quick, & on our return the bus dropped us at the car. It was just parked waiting for us to get in.

The drivers were friendly and helpful (putting cases onto bus)and the service was efficient and smooth. Our flight on the return was actually earlier than scheduled and we therefore had a longer wait for the transfer bus back to our car. Overall though a very good service and excellent value.

more convenient for us to be off airport as it's less hassle when you drive off,no walking involved whatsoever which was great for me as i'm disabled

Would use this service again. Safe, secure parking, easy to find and easy drop off of car with no hassles. Quick transfer to airport also.

Easy location that avoids busy and expensive airport car parking. Simple and straight forward service. I would recommend Park and Fly Edinburgh.

No problem with customer service.Speedy journey to airport & return same. However as mentioned in summation minibuses themselves very dirty & smelling of cigarette smoke quiet off putting for myself. Apart from that good service.

Transport available within a few minutes of arrival, safe driver and transport back at 23.30 was efficient and only waited a few minutes for bus. Have used in the past and will use again. Good value for money.

I found my experience went by very quickly. I arrived at the depot, I was seen immediately, there was a space for my car right next to the office, the transfer bus was waiting and I was taken to the airport immediately. On the way back I waited less than 5 minutes and my car was ready and waiting.I have used this company before and found the same service and that was 2 years ago. Good work, keep it up.

We use this park and fly everytime we fly from Edinburgh. It is so easy and they warm up the car for you in the cold weather. Totally don't mind leaving my keys with them. The buses are always punctual and they are clean and the staff are really nice. Thanks Guys!!

I was happy with park location and staff. Service was good for the price paid. Bus aS quick Getting to stance on arriving back at airport although we waited for over ten minutes and when asked why driver was very abrupt with female customer. But all in all a good service for the price.

They were promte at drop off and collection polite and helped with bags in and out of the mini bus. Drove carefully to and from the airport

We were dealt with very efficiently at arrival at the car park. The transfer bus was waiting and our luggage was put on board before we had even checked our car in. On our return the car was running adjacent to the office at reception we had no distance to find it. Really great service. Not surprising they won an award for their service recently would recommend to friends.

The bus was full when my group needed it but another one came quickly enough and our car was ready to go at car park so all in all, one satisfied customer.

Staff were friendly, helpfull and very courteous. Excellent value for money. When we returned at midnight the car was ready and waiting with the heating on - just what we needed in January after being away to the sunshine.

No mucking about--- straight in... straight out, even with 16 in van and 32 cases

On arriving at park and fly we were greeted and transferred within a matter of minutes and there was 12 of us! Great service and very efficient. Have used Park & fly on numerous occasions and have had no bad experiences.

Excellent,friendly service. I particularly like having my vehicle warmed and ready to drive off when returning late on a wintry night.

I did not realise the parking area was at Newbridge, and was a bit worried that the transfer time would be too long but I needn't have worried, the transfer took about seven minutes (I guess) and was carried out in a proffessional manner. The drivers were friendly and helpful, I would certainly use Fly and Park again.
