Have used the company a few times now. Always deliver on what they offer. Staff friendly and polite. Good to know car is in safe hands.

Would use the service again as it was easy to use and all went well with no issues

Booked online, fast transfer to airport and very prompt pick up. Quite close to airport too.

First time i used this service it will be now marked in my diary for further use as i am a frequent flyer, i was transferred from car park to airport in minutes on return i phoned the staff at the car park and i was picked up immediatly i can and will recommend this service to others PS what about a small valet service for cars on the owners return i am sure a reasonable price could be worked out

have used before with no problems and always a competitive price will continue to use if pricing remains competitive

when we arrived at the pick up point the bus there was full and we were pointed to another one two bays on. unfortunately there was no driver! we and the rest of the customers waited more than a half hour and two people phoned the office. eventually another bus arrived, obviously hired and used by workmen and we were taken to the car park but there was no apology or even speech from the driver! car was parked and running so that bit was good.

Told to phone when we got back. Did that and got automated message telling me to go to bus stop (why phone then?)Bus filled up quickly with people charging from queue so that we ended up being left til next bus. No control by driver!. Next bus turned up another few minutes later then when we got to car park, the person in the office was in the back room in the dark with a torch in his mouth searching for keys and told us (through the torch in his mouth)that our keys were sitting in our OPEN cars! Also no indication which direction to go and find our car. Not happy with that. Anyone could have just come in and taken any car they wanted.

Key drop off office strong cigarette smoke considering smoking ban in work places. Car wheels and wheel archs were very muddy so can only assume car parked in muddy field and not hard standing.

We had to return to park and fly as wife took ill at airport hadto cancel holiday

Very efficient service provided . Pickup to and from airport excellent .Just phoned when I arrived and was picked up in five ,minutes.Driver very courteous and I was pleased that he took care of luggage. Excellent value for money as much cheaper than competitors . Would highly recommend .

Was left sitting in a freezing van for about 15 minutes going out and standing in the cold for about 20 minutes coming back

Very efficient service & good value for money. Our car was ready & running for our return & we were able to get straight on with our homeward journey without having to defrost the windscreen.

No fuss. Just pull in drop off your keys 10-15 min in full traffic and you are at the airport. Then just call at bag lift and they are there to get you . Its the 2nd time I've used them and it will not be the last .

They had my car running with the heater going which was great as it was a bitter cold night in Edinburgh when I landed

It was easy to follow your straight-forward directions to your premises, hand my keys to your parking staff and check in at the office. Just a few minutes there and a mini-bus was waiting to drive me to the drop-off area at Edinburgh Airport. Away I went knowing that my car was in a secure and attended car park 24/7. On return, a brief phone call produced a mini-bus within 20 minutes to take me back to your premises where my car was waiting at the office ready for me to jump in and drive off. What more could you ask for? Well done Park and Fly. You will see me again.
