Dropped off car and immediately transfered to airport. Due to missed connection was delayed another 24 hrs, one simple call to advise them of this and no dramas whatsoever. car kept extra day and they were expecting me the following day. Have used before and would definately use again. Keep up the good service.

The facility was easy to find and the staff very helpfull. Quick transfer to airport and very quick pick up and return. My car was waiting for me on return and was a quick exchange so I could get on my way back home. Great value for money and would defo use again.

Great and friendly staff with a efficient and professional service. Very reasonable priced compared to other company's.

Pretty easy to find and straight forward once you get to the car park. Leave the key at the office and take luggage to the waiting bus, 5 mins later they drop you off at the airport. Same quick service on the way back, called from the free phone in the airport, bus was waiting outside and when we arrived at the car park, the car was ready for us. Will use again.

Does what it says on the tin. Looks after your car and runs you back and forth to the airport quickly and efficiently. What more can you ask for

I left my car at park and fly for 3 weeks i had no problems the trandfer was quick and efficient.When arriving home i didnt have long to wait on the minibus and was dropped at my car all in all a company i would use again.

I arrived at the car park paper work was dealt with quickly, bus was waiting transfer was quick and easy and exactly the same on the way back

Car park was easy to find. Checked in, handed in keys, and off to airport within 5 minutes. Phoned freephone number on return and a bus was already waiting. Car ready near reception with keys inside. Will use again if parking required at Edinburgh Airport.

the only issue that we has was that the receptionist did not have our details on arrival even though we had confirmation of the booking. Apart from that everything ran smoothly

Everything was extremely quick and efficient. Even though a bus was just leaving the stance in Edinburgh Airport, another one was there in 2 minutes and 2 minutes later we were on our way. This is the third time we've used this Company and will continue to do so in the future. Fast, reliable and close to the Airport and also the Travelodge where we stayed overnight. Thanks to all concerned.

I was impressed by the operation. We arrived back to freezing conditions but when we arrived back at Park & Fly the car was waiting for us, de-iced and with the a lovely warm interior. Very much appreciated.

No waiting for minibus either going or on our return- couldn't have been speedier! The car was at reception and warming up for us as it was a bitterly cold day. Definitely use PARK AND FLY again

Would like to start by saying Facilities very good and had previously used this company several times. I will NOT however be using them again. I arrived at 4.30am on a Sunday morning. Due to faulty keys my car keys were locked in my car. I take full responsibility for this but the subsequent service i recieved in dealing with this was unbelievably poor. I informed the staff member on duty, and offered to arrange for the spares to be sent first thing mon morning and they would be with them Tuesday afternoon at the latest. I reapeted this offer 4 times. I was told not to do this and that they could arrange for the car to be unlocked but it would cost me £25. I agreed to do this and it would be paid on my return on the thursday night at 10.30pm. On my return, the attendant ( a different one) knew nothing about my car keys and took my £25. A phone call later i was told they couldn't open my car, I was then told that it would cost £150 for the door to be unlocked and it could even then may not be possible. I spoke to the person who had been on on my arrival and informed me that it could be arranged and a less interested individual i have yet to speak to. I arranged personally for RAC (who were fantastic0 to come and fix this for me. I do not dispute that the keys were my responsibility and that locking them was not the fault of the car park. But to allow someone to come back at such a late hour, after having made several offers to arrange for keys to be sent, then stand in the cold and argue with me that it wasn't their fault, that they hadn't even contacted me regarding this, i feel is shocking. It was lucky that on this occasion i didnt have my 3year old with me as the 1.5 hour stand in the cold would not have gone down well. I would to thank the manager for failing to call me back the next day as requested, it is obvious where his staff gain their customer training expertise. I will not be back.

No problems even with an 11 hour delay caused by bad weather in Skipol.
