not easy to find, but friendly and efficient staff when we did get there.

i always use Park & Fly. They are reliable, cheap and cheerful. My frosty car was running and heated, awaiting my arrival back from the airport. Plus, the boss is often driving the transfer van, and he will explain their active support for Help for Heroes charity. Keep up the fine service!

Easy to book, easy to locate park, speedy transfers both ways and good value. An improvement would be better lighting in the car park.

Do not follow the directions given on booking it will get you lost! i nearly missed my flight!

Minibus waiting when we got there so left keys with staff and car outside kiosk and straight onto minibus. Didn't take too long to get to airport. Best part was minibus waiting when we arrived at 10.30 p.m. and car had been started and warmed up ready to get luggage in and go. Excellent service. Would highly recommend and will certainly use them again. Really good value for money.

No problem finding the park, the transfer was immediate, smooth and without incident. On return, the car was parked continently to the drop off and the key on the passenger seat, ready for departure. Good for price, good for service and convenient to airport.

when we arrived back in edin it was freezing and had been snow so we were very grateful that our car was all defrosted and warmed up and ready for us to go

A little hard to find at first, but looked after us when we got there. Had to leave keys even if the site said you don't

Travelling from the north very little signage as you approach the Newbridge roundabout. If it hadn't been a relative gave me directions, it would have been difficult as you cannot read and drive on approaching the roundabout. Other than that a good service.

Taken immediately to the airport on arrival at the car park. Bus waiting at stance on my return and car's engine had been warmed up so that it was a nice warm car to return to when the temperature was -2C. Excellent service.

Our journey had been terrible and as a result we were running late for our flight. The driver packed us into the bus and without waiting for anyone else took us immediately to the airport. We were very grateful. We have used Park and Fly before and will certainly do so again.

Met by very friendly receptionist, mini bus driver assisted with luggage in a friendly jocular manner,no waiting time,we were on our way to the arport within four minutes.Dropped at the airport terminal and pick-up (return) arrangements explained in very simple and straight forward format,no excuse for anyone not knowing what to do on their return.My car was ready for me when I got off the mini bus at the Park and Fly terminal,again it was only a matter of minutes before I was on my way home. Excellent service, will certainly use this company again and I'll strongly recommend them to my friends. Erroll Roberts

The only problem was the directions and instant action should be taken to sort this problem.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The pick up was waiting ready for us on return.Our car was started heater on and defrosted all ready for us to go.We will use Park And Fly next time 10/10.
