Easy to find! Location and length of transfer brilliant for the price! Superb service!

Lighting at car pick-up area was inadequate, and seemed to be provided from adjoining property wall.As a result, looking forward we were blinded, while at the rear of the car where we were loading, it was pitch black and difficult to see.

A decently priced car parking service including a mini-bus transfer to the airport which took less than 10 minutes. On the way back this mini-bus was waiting for us and we had a nice driver. Our car had been parked at the front for us with out keys in the ignition, ready to drive off. Exactly what I would have expected from this service and a bit more.

On return we were left standing in the cold far too long. After loading our bags onto the bus we were told by our driver that he was only taking 8 passengers , we then had to take all our bags off again. the next driver was only too willing to take 9 passengers.we will give our buisness to another company next time.

Have used other park and rides but chose this one because it was the cheapest but a little further away from the airport which I admit I was a little apprehensive about but easy to find and no lugging cases to the bus stop once we had checked in our car was parked for us and all we had to do was board the mini bus. The journey to the airport took 5 mins and was just as quick if we had chosen the other park and rides which have a few bus stops to get round the car park.ON our return it was again very good service bus waiting for us at the bus stop at airport and then directly back to the carpark. An excellent service and would deffinatly use again and be happy to recommend.Than you to all your staff.

Easy to locate the park facility.Fast, friendly transfer to terminal: 10mins ,from arrival at Parking to Airport. No problems !

The location is conveniently located close to the motorway. The shuttle bus is regular, on time and the staff are very helpful.

I was pleased with the service, which was timeous and good value for money. The car park is easy to reach from the M8/M9 and quick to exit.

I use Park and Fly every time I travel from Edinburgh Airport. They are easy to fidn and their location means I have quick acccess to the M8 for my ownward journey when I return.

Couldnt fault the service provides by Park and Fly - they make everything simple and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is flying from Edinburgh in the future.

Park & Fly are consistently good. There was a bit of a hic up in the collection from the stance, but not disasterous!

Transfers both ways were swift and staff friendly. Last time we used this company in November our car was conveniently parked at the entrance with the engine ticking over and the windows defrosted and cabin warmed up.A very welcome gesture considering the very cold,icy conditions which greeted us on our return from Cyprus.

when we came on our return flight the minibus picked us up and dropped us at the travel lodge as we were late and had a long journey home. the next morning they picked us up at the travel lodge and took us to pick our car up.they offered to do this. very helpful

Although car park is a bit from airport away, the transfer is very quick and did run straight after arrival. No waiting times.
