Efficient service-minibus driver on return was driving very aggressively for no apparent reason which frightened my wife and daughter. Worth having a word with him perhaps?

Everything what I can expect from airport car park was perfectly delivered. Definitely recommend and I am going to use them again on my next trip!

Bit tricky to find first time without Tomtom but they are close to the main airport road. I am likely to use them again. Check in was done in seconds, transfer immediate. On return had to wait a bit because too many of us appeared at the same time, but when we got to car park, car was ready and I was gone within seconds.

This is a great place to leave your car and the transfer service is punctual. It's not very clearly signposted though and it took me a while to find. I put the postcode in my Sat Nav and not the street name (as the site recommends but I didnt spot this as I was in a hurry) but other than that - I'd use it again!

pleased with service and ease. only thing I would point out is though :- I found it tricky to find due to your sign being in blue & red on the gate/entrance. I was looking for red & yellow - the colours you use on your website & tickets. So a flag or something with these colours and name would have been helpful. But now I know where to find you I would definately use you again. Thank you. JM

Well located: close to the aiport and easy to find. Good service with friendly staff and timely transfers. Will definitely use again.

Glasses were left in car on passsengers side. Staff could not find them but they promptly transferred me back to depot and then back to airport when I located them below passenger's seat. Excellent service

It's simple and quick you leave your car at the office they put your cases in the coach and take you to the airport,on your return your car is waiting for you, they put the cases in the boot and off you go simple.Unlike other car parks where you have to park your car and sometimes have to walk quite a distance with luggage to the coach.

Forget the extra bit of distance from the airport, this is real value for money with top end service. Have used them a few times now and won't be changing unless they do.

when flying from Glasgow prices seem cheaper to park than Edinburgh, apart from this happy with the overall experience

Park And Fly Edinburgh make off-site airport parking easy. Having booked online and printed off the map and directions, finding the site was a doddle, even though it's a ten-minute drive from the airport. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. I arrived, handed over my keys and was driven to the airport immediately - no hanging around. On return I gave them a call and the bus arrived ten minutes later. My car was waiting at reception when we reached the site. Just the job.

Forgot to book my parking ...last flight to Frankfurt Hahn on a Saturday!....story of my life! :-) Had to be across for my god daughter's event on the Sunday morning... tried to book on other parking sites that I had been recommended ...within 24hrs not having it! (plonkers!) but thanks to them I found Park and Fly Edinburgh ...would definitely recommend for fuss free value service, efficient and friendly, transfers excellent..Look forward to using them again. Park & Fly came up trumps when I arrived as the booking had never been passed to them. Why am I not surprised that my complaint to you was studiously ignored and the response was a stony silence.

The whole experience was made so easy. I was travelling with a small child and was able to drop the car off at the car park, they drove me to the airport and I got picked up from the airport again when we arrived back. Keys were in the car ready to go, SIMPLE!!! The car park was difficult to find, allow plenty of time. I was using satnav.

Good facilities and fast comfortable transfers. Would recommend and definately use again.
