I booked the Ashley for a trip to Old Trafford with my son, having seen the hotel on the internet. I rang the hotel in mid afternoon to confirm the booking and was dealt with by a very nice woman. After the match I rang again to check directions to the hotel from Old Trafford and again was attended to by a very obliging male who explained in simple terms the directions. Having arrieved at the hotel this man, the night porter, was under extreme pressure trying to organise bookings and serve in the bar. I personally had no difficulty with my booking as I had rang earlier but witnessed people who had difficulties. If there was help at hand it would have made life easier for everyone.

Hotel was good with many restaurants within walking distance. The park and fly experience was excellent especially since we were travelling with 2 small children.

on ariving at securapark-took too long to get car allocated to parking slot.were left waiting from 05:25 to 06:05.once parked up,we got to airport for 06:10,had to be checked in by 06:15.only 2 members of staff on night duty,had to wait till 06:00 shift came on before anything moved.
